friends for ceres :D

hey so ceres is my asylum npc (standard) and she's stationed in skyclan and she needs some friends !!

they can be other asylum npcs (ones that are also in skyclan would be great just for convenience) or they can be regular skyclan cats. there won't be a cap or a cut off for sign-ups but it'd be pretty cool if there was maybe one cat that was like her closest friend there. if its an asylum cat then we can say that they've known each other, but if it's a clan cat then we can roleplay them meeting and becoming friends
