[The character central to this plot has been approved, but is not yet being roleplayed until the prerequisites are met - this plotting page is all about planning things out for her! It's gonna be kind of messy and it's half to get my own thoughts down somewhere coherent, as well as seeing who'd like to be involved with some of the more ambitious aspects.]

Hey, you know what WCC doesn't have enough of? Drama. But like, the fun and petty kind.

Flash is basically your typical mean girl/queen bee archetype, roughly translated into a warrior cat. She has good qualities, and she's not entirely a bad person, but she's definitely not a good one either - and that's where the fun comes in!

This plot will begin when Flashkit is born to Waspburn and Tawnylight in RiverClan; and things start to go downhill from there.

Phase One: Innocence
No one is born cruel and conceited; and Flashkit is no exception to this rule. As a kit she's striking in appearance and shows ambition as well as an eagerness to learn, earning her praise from those around her - something that stays with her. At the same time, she takes some other things to heart: a belief that waiting and following the rules rarely works, the knowledge that power is respected, and that you need to take what you want. Additionally, she believes that the purity of her RiverClan blood makes her superior; and that she deserves power and respect due to her blood and ambition.

She carries these values with her into her apprenticeship, beginning the next phase.

Phase Two: Everybody Wants To Rule The World
As she becomes an apprentice, her striking appearance begins to catch the attention of those around her, as does her ambition. Her attitude is dismissive and superior, and she tends to be harsh on those around her, but the cats she takes a liking to receive somewhat kinder treatment; and there are those who don't mind her abrasive and often difficult personality compared to her pretty face, silver tongue and drive to succeed.

Despite her rough edges, her positive traits mean she gains a sort of popularity; and as a result her world revolves entirely around herself and the few cats she cares for. She occupies herself with petty drama and gossip, prides herself on knowing as much as possible about everything, and cares very little for any of the authority that surrounds her. Leaders may hold power over their clans, but the true power lies in well-spoken words and alliances; and she strives to strike as many positive relationships as possible with any cat that interests her while dismissing those that don't.

(She has a tendency to get herself into trouble, however, and her sharp tongue can only do so much in place of true skill and experience.)

Where it goes from there is undecided at present; it depends on roleplay and a few other things!

For all her flaws and all her faults, she loves her family and will happily defend them. She treats her siblings in particular with a kindness rarely seen by anyone else.

Best Friends:
Some of the only cats she truly likes, trusts and respects, her partners in crime and closest allies. Ideally two RiverClan cats that are close to her age and willing to join her in causing trouble and mocking those they dislike. Like a warrior cat version of the Heathers.

Love Interest (?): Mousepaw [Lapis]
A RiverClan cat that actually likes her, for some reason. She strings them along with hints that she might like them back, though never confirms or denies it directly, instead continuing to flirt with every cat around her.

Rival: Timberpaw [Kari]
A RiverClan cat to rival her in some way; she's an incredibly competitive perfectionist so nearly anything can work, even if it's just someone who seems or claims to be better at, say, swimming or tracking prey. This rivalry doesn't necessarily have to be mutual!

Allies: Nightwolf [Hitsjui]; Crowpaw [Ceryn];
Cats in any clan that she takes an interest in and forms something resembling a friendship with for reasons ranging from learning how things work in other clans to simply hearing other apprentices' gossip or simply enjoying their conversations. She may come to see them as true friends over time, depending on how their interactions play out.

Victims: Wildflower [Salsa]; Bluekit [Peridot]; Tinykit [narwhalbacon];
Cats in any clan that she teases, taunts and mocks; victims of her cruelty for any reason: appearance, lack of skill, perceived slights against her, or anything else you can come up with!
