She didn’t think about the other factors - the wind, battering her fur, bringing the RiverClan scent to her whereas it was actually still on their side, the fact that she couldn’t see, couldn’t see the RiverClan cat almost right in front of her, not on the WindClan side... All Wildflower knew was that she had to defend her Clan. Scenting the air, and pricking her ears, she was able to hear a crackling sound on the other side of the Gorge. A RiverClan cat. Pairing that with her poor evidence, Wildflower decided that she knew what happened: a RiverClan cat had been on her territory and was leaving. She wouldn’t let that happen.

The blind Molly raced across one of the small strips of land across the gorge quietly but quickly, leaping onto the unprepared (she assumed) opponent. Slamming into the fish-smelling body, Wildflower hissed, “Hey! I know you’ve been on my territory. It smells like fish all over!”

Streamtail was padding around the borders by herself, not knowing what else to do. Applefang and herself had drifted further away since he started doubting himself. Flinching as the wind blew into her eyes, Streamtail was totally unprepared of what happened next. Something slammed into her and Streamtail let out a squeak of surprise. “Woah! Get off! I didn’t cross...the border!” Grunting, she slashed at the mystery cat blindly.

Streamtail used half turn belly rake, dealing 11 damage and costing 20 SP.

Wildflower let out a sharp squeak of pain escape as claws raked her soft belly fur. Untangling herself from her opponent, she let out a snort of derision. “Then please explain to me why there’s fish-scent all over back there.” Letting her blind eyes narrow into slits, she judged the RiverClan cat’s position and leapt, claws finding fur. She was careful to make sure her blows weren’t serious, but they were hard enough to show she wasn’t messing around. On Streamtail’s back, Wildflower trained blows onto her, fast and rhythmic.

Wildflower used Leap and Hold, dealing 9 damage per turn, costing 10 stamina, and lasting for two turns.

Well, this isn’t going to end well... Being a queen had took a lot of her hunting and fighting abilities away. Streamtail also did NOT want to fall into the gorge and most likely to her death. “Stop! You’ve got to be mistaken! I would never cross the border!”
