Through a Kit's Eyes (OPEN)

“Sure, exploring the camp sounds fine to me.” Sunkit meowed with excitement. She heard that another cat was annoyed by the group of kits. Sunkit wanted to hiss at the cat who was annoyed, but she was aware of her friends and sticked with them. Sunkit stuck with Willowkit because she was a bit scared of Moonkit and Blizzardkit was too dumb to lead the way. As the group of friends approached outside Sunkit purred with excitement.

"Hey, stop purring." Blizzardkit said and purred, just to annoy Sunkit. After all, he's a friendly kit, and really likes to joke. "So where are we going and what are we gonna do?" Blizzardkit asked excitedly "I really wanna play now! What are we gonna do? What are we gonna do? What are we gonna do?" Blizzardkit couldn't help himself. He ran around his friends, waiting for someone to lead the way.

“Hmm...should we go to the medicine cat den first? I wanna see how they cure cats! I heard that they’re so important that even StarClan speaks to them!” Willowkit thought about what it was like to heal cats instead of fighting...she’d always liked to help more than fight. Willowkit shook her head, breaking herself away from her daze. “So...should we?”

"Meh," Moonkit grumbled, in a sour mood for no apparent reason.

“Moonkit...what’s wrong? Should we go back?” Willowkit asked worriedly, feeling concerned for her friend.

"Meh," Moonkit grumbled again, though she softened a bit after hearing her friend's concern.

“Let’s head back to the nursery, we’ll have more fun when we become apprentices, right?” Willowkit tried for a smile. Then, she padded back to the nursery, feeling a bit disappointed.

Finally awaking from her evening doze, Acornkit shook out her long brown fur and stretched, trotting from the nursery. Her green gaze flickered to a leaf as it drifted on the wind. She leaped and batted at it, missing by a mouse-length. She tried again, this time raking it down with her tiny claws and smashing it to the sandy camp-floor. She flicked her stubby tail is satisfaction, then bounced away. Acornkit noticed some other kits talking at the other side of camp. She raced over, her long fur tripping her a bit. "Hi!" She mewed, waving her tail in a friendly manner.

Sorry, I’ll have to close this topic at it is one month old. Willowkit is already a warrior and Moonkit (Moonlight) is dead.
