Careful to give Stormbringer a moment after realizing how frustrated she had grown, Ivybrook offered her a reassuring nod. "You're doing great, Stormbringer." Hopefully, she would be able to carry on a little longer... If not, she'd have to watch as Honeytongue and Ivybrook continued to spar. Ivybrook had to admit, she was feeling a little out of it herself. If she wasn't careful, Honeytongue might come out of this the winner. Thinking quickly, she darted over to Stormbringer and, with her paws, batted at her stomach. She made sure not to do it too roughly, though, as she knew that Stormbringer was beginning to tire.

Ivybrook used Belly Rake, dealing -15 Health Points and using -10 Stamina Points. Stormbringer is out of the spar.

Stormbringer knew that one hit is all that it would take, and Ivybrook certainly took that chance. The battering on her underbelly did her in. As soon as the deputy was clear of her, the warrior just flopped over, not willing to move. If they stepped on her, then so be it. Her chest heaved heavily, her eyes focused on the other two warriors as they continued on the spar.

"I'll avenge you, Stormbringer!" Honeytongue cried as she saw her friend flop over, tail swishing as she locked eyes with the deputy. Well, all the focus was on her...She knew that Ivybrook was stronger, if it wasn't for the help of Stormbringer she knew she wouldn't have a chance. But now that ivybrook was worn down...Maybe she could win this fight after all. She threw herself forward, grabbing the deputy by the scruff as she gave the she-cat a shake. With any luck, this would buy her enough time to properly turn the tide in her favor...

Dazed, Ivybrook tried to fight back against Honeytongue. She'd grown into a fine warrior... And a strong one, too. Grimacing, she tried to clear her head as she broke off eye contact with Stormbringer. All that time she took to focus on the grey she-cat was coming back to bite her in the tail, now.

A small kit-ish giggle escaped Honeytongue as she realized that she had managed to daze the deputy rather well, stepping forward to bat at the she-cat's head with gentle paws. Part of her wanted to tease the deputy about the situation but she chose to hold her tongue - she could do all the gloating if she actually managed to win this spar in Stormbringer's honor.

"I... I will be able to turn this around. Just... Just you watch." Grunting and pushing herself back onto her paws, Ivybrook tried to adjust her senses after the blows. After she had just another moment... She'd be alright. Oh, oh boy. She was winded. Plopping herself onto the ground, she waited for Honeytongue's next move. If she was gonna lose this fight, she might as well do it comfortably.

Honeytongue bounded on her toes as she carefully watched Ivybrook...Although to be honest, she wasn't truly as energetic as she was showing. She could feel the tiredness in her muscles. Sure, she hadn't actually gotten hit yet but she had been wasting a lot of energy in her flashy and quick movements. "I'm sure you will," she teased as the deputy's promise to turn it around, bounding forward to bat Ivybrook a few more times on the head before she stepped backwards to see if the deputy was going to keep fighting or not.

Grunting at the blows, Ivybrook thought for a moment as Honeytongue allowed her to catch her breath. She could just own up to it... Not being able to continue. There was only a small possibility that she'd be able to turn the tides in her own favor, and things weren't looking up for her... But if Jaystar had taught her anything, it was that she couldn't go down without a fight. Quickly rising to her paws, she darted towards the she-cat and grabbed her around the scruff, shaking back and forth just as she had not moments ago. "I may be getting older, but I've still got fight left in me!"

Honeytongue yelped in surprise as Ivybrook suddenly shot to her paws, scrambling backwards as she had admittedly let her guard down - having perhaps thinking that the fight was over. Teeth sank into her scruff - light enough not to break skin but hard enough to have a tight grip and she was pulled from her paws and sent flailing around. Her paws lashed out, attempting to grab a hold on something to provide her leverage to actually escape from the deputy's grip, perhaps a little bit of fear rising in her chest that she might lose this spar for both her and Stormbringer - she had been getting tired and Ivybrook did have a lot of experience in fighting...

Honeytongue is stunned and cannot attack. She is stunned for one more turn.
