A dark dream (Solo)

Deerpaw laid in his nest besides Featherpaw and Juniperpaw. He was curled in a tight ball as he was carried off into a dream. When he found himself in the dream he was at Highpine. Deerpaw saw a pool of blood with a black she-cat with white on her. The sent was very familier. Murkpelt. "Murkpelt no!" Deerpaw wailed. Deerpaw whipped around to find other cats. Amberpaw, Sunstar, Featherpaw, Juniperpaw, Honeypaw, Foxfire, Sagelight and Wolfcall. All dead.

Deerpaw stepped back and looked around to see who would've done such a thing. He then saw Thornstar walking away. Blood dripped from her mouth and claws. And no doubt Thornstar's scent was on the cats he cared for. Then a shadowy black cat leapt at him.

Deerpaw woke up breathing heavily. He turned his head around furiously. Everybody was still alive. Thank starclan. Deerpaw padded outside of the apprentices den. Everybody was fast asleep. Deerpaw was the only one up. But Deerpaw knew something. He had to get revenge. Without a cat's dead body. As soon as Deerpaw became a warrior he would take his revenge onto Shadowclan.
