Do Hawks Eat Beans? [Closed]

Hawkstrike had finished his meal rather quickly that day. He had been informed last second that Tinystar had gotten himself into some kind of busy leader duty and wouldn’t be able to take the younger tom out hunting today.

The chocolate tabby didn’t ask any question. All he cared about at this point was the fact that he would be able to take out an apprentice out of camp as a temporary mentor, even if this wasn’t battle training like he would’ve wished, this was something. Hunting was Hawkstrike’s weak point, but even he had some tricks and techniques he wouldn’t mind to share.

All while he could probably get to know the future generation of warriors a bit better. Have some comfort knowing that they would be ready to face any potential threats that could fall upon them at one point or another.

After quickly cleaning his fur and disposing of the bones of his meal, he rushed towards the entrance of camp, knowing that they were supposed to meet there.

Beanpaw had been laying outside the entrance to camp as he glanced lazily about the camp, his gaze frequently landing on Hawkstrike as he ate. The older tom was supposed to be taking him out for a hunting patrol later that day... but frankly, Beanpaw didn’t mind if he took his time. That would mean that they had to spend less time out and about, as they would have to come back sooner in order for Beanpaw to make the afternoon patrol he was scheduled for.

He was inclined to say something as the brown warrior rushed over to the entrance of camp, maybe tell him to calm down a bit- but instead he just slowly got up, a yawn escaping his maw as he stretched. ”Alrighty then, I guess we’ll be going.” He muttered as he walked ahead of the warrior slowly, waiting for him to lead the patrol into the territory so that they could begin hunting.
