| Swankit padded softly outside the den, opening her small mouth to draw in the chilly scent of another leaf-bare day. Her fluffy fur puffed up against the cold, she glanced around at the bare branches scratching the sky, and the brittle plants that were left. Hesitating for a moment, she continued on to the elder's den, peeking in to see if they were still awake. Maybe I can bring them a mouse? ______________________________________ |

| Mapleshade noticed Swankit slipping back into the Nursery and blinked slowly; was she not entertained by the busy camp?
A cold breeze ruffled the she's pelt and Mapleshade got up and turned, ready to fall asleep in the cosy warmth of the Warriors' Den.
