PERSONALITY

GIST: Copperheart is a bright tom who is often cheery and lively. He is not what would be defined as a 'happy' cat, but just one who is often excitable. If the mood is ever gloomy or sad on another cat, Copperheart will often attempt to cheer them up with a joke or a humorous statement, though they are not always appreciated. Deep down, Copperheart resents himself for being born outside of the Clan and does not think he deserves the Clan life he was given, but would never share his true feelings to another cat.

DETAIL: Copperheart's exterior persona would most likely be described as odd by other cats. Often making exaggerated and unnecessary movements and expressions, he could either be looked at as fun to talk to, weird, or just plain annoying, depending on the cat. Copperheart is known for being a jokester and a prankster - his partner in crime being his sister, Batbite, who he often indulges in mischievous schemes with. Copperheart's jokes are often friendly sarcasm or just straight-up exaggeration while his pranks are just stupid ideas of his or Batbite's. Though he can let a few slip, Copperheart tries not to make his humor too demeaning or harmful to the point where it's just straight-up shaming or embarrassing, though his pranks can just be inconveniences to whoever the target is. He might be good-hearted, but Copperheart wouldn't not smile at one of his Clanmates' making a minor clumsy move, sometimes being just a little bit of a sadist. Though this is the personality Copperheart has on the outside, on the inside is hidden a much deeper sadness. Due to the trauma he experienced as a kit from being abandoned by his mother, Copperheart often degrades himself and constantly wonders what he does and doesn't deserve, if he's doing enough, what actions lead him right up to this point. He's sure he did something wrong to make his and his siblings' mother abandon them, and has never forgiven himself since. However, through this, Copperheart keeps a cheery persona, hoping that maybe it can replace his internal one.    

APPEARANCE

GIST: A cat with a medium-length ginger-colored pelt that shines under the glare of the sun and golden eyes.

BUILD: An average warrior's - a fairly lean, strong build with good muscles.
BREED: Red Mackerel Tabby
SCARS: A long, fairly straight, pointed scar on his right flank - his first scar. Given by Daylily of SkyClan.

FUR: Medium-length, medium-thick
EYES: Golden yellow
NOSE: Vivid salmon
PAWS: Narrow and long
PAW PADS: Pink

DETAIL: Copperheart is a mostly ginger tabby with many accents. His muzzle, eyebrows, underpaws, and underbelly are outlined and colored with a light cream shade, along with the outside of his eye. The top of his head and ears possess a more dark vermillion color. This dark vermillion is also seen in the thick stripe that runs down Copperheart's back and a quarter of his sides, along with his tail which is peppered with stripes. Various cream and vermillion stripes run along his chest and arms.

HISTORY

GIST: Born rogue, Copperheart and his siblings were briefly raised underneath their biological mother before being abandoned in ThunderClan territory for no obvious reason. Leopardstar, on patrol, found the abandoned litter of kits. Though the litter, including Copperheart, were hostile and defensive at first, they eventually caved into Leopardstar's words and were brought back to ThunderClan camp to be raised as a warrior by Leopardstar and Lichenfang as their adoptive parents and to be and given names. Ever since then, Copperheart and two of his siblings grew up in and lived a regular Clan life there.
