The Heron and the Blizzard(CLOSED for Dakota)

Heronflight padded to the apprentice den to look for his apprentice, Blizzardpaw. "Blizzardpaw? It's time for your training." The young tom nudged the apprentice, trying to wake the tom nicely. Although he had no experience at being a mentor, the gray tabby would try as best as he could.

Blizzardpaw awoke from a rather nice dream and looked over at Heronflight with a tired expression. He got up and stretched out his body before nodding at his mentor and walking out of the apprentice's den. "What are we going to do today?" he asked softly as he groomed him fluffy pelt.

"We are going to do battle training," Heronflight replied. The young warrior knew that every cat needed to battle, so he led his apprentice to the beech copse, which would be great for training.

Blizzardpaw nodded and gave his mentor a smile. He briskly walked behind the warrior as he was led to Beech Copse for their training.

When Heronflight led Blizzardpaw to the Beech Copse, the gray tabby mewed, "We are going to practice fighting against each other. Just one rule - no claws."

IC: Blizzardpaw readied himself and nodded once. His pastel blue eyes narrowed in concentration as he awaited Heron's further instructions.

OOC: I was sick for a little while, so sorry for the late reply.  Also, what is Blizzardpaw's pelt color?

The young tabby smiled.  Blizzardpaw is going to be a great warrior, Heronflight thought.  "You will need to practice battling so you can be a great warrior," Heronflight told Blizzardpaw.  "Are you ready to begin?" he asked.

Blizzardpaw nodded once more. Prepaeing himself mentally. He was eager to start.

Heronflight warned his apprentice, ”Be careful!  It won’t be easy!” and tackled his apprentice to the ground.

Heronflight used Run-and-Tackle on Blizzardpaw, dealing 9 damage and costing 10 stamina.

Blizzardpaw:

SP: 80/80

Blizzard jumped on Heron's back and held him down.
