"What else would I mean?" Shrewheart asked Newtpaw, still grinning with exhilaration. As most of the kits begged to learn, he didn't see any problem with it. Though he was full aware of Dappledkit's heart problem, he doubted that a little pouncing would hurt him in any way. And he could already tell that Wildkit was going to make an amazing warrior. Featherkit seemed happy enough to learn, but it was determination that he seemed to lack. That was fine with him, as long as he learned it eventually the initial amount of determination hardly mattered. It was Wisteriakit he was worried about, she seemed a little too nervous about other cat's well beings, Hopefully that would change by the time she became an apprentice. But for now, he was going to show them how to pounce, whether they listened or not.
"Okay, so first you much crouch down into the snow like this, with an equal amount of weight on all your legs," the brown warrior instructed as he demonstrated, turning to a pile of snow covered sticks as his target. "Your pounce has to have power behind it, don't focusing on hitting your target, focus on knocking over your target. If you did it right, your jump should be an arch." Once again he demonstrated, sending the sticks scattering in every direction.
