A Kits Curiosity (Closed)

Echokit had just woken up, it was early in the morning. He padded over to the nursery entrance and looked out, he saw the morning patrol leaving camp. He sighed and and looked around and then he started to sneak towards the entrance hoping that no one would see him. He knew that he wasnt alowed to leave but he wanted to see the territory.

Frostpaw woke with a yawn. She was going to become a warrior soon and she woke up early to train. When she left the apprentice den she notice a kit sneak out of the nursery. She went to the entrance seeing as that's where he was going the blocked it. When the kit got to her she looked down at it." and what do you think your doing little one." she said with a little smile on her face.

Echokit looked up at her. "Eh.. N-nothing I-I was just training on sneaking and ended up by the entrence" he answerd quickly and started backing away a little "Its not like I was gonna go out or anything.. N-no only dumb kits do that ehh" he said nervously.

Harekit felt little bits of sunlight cut through the Gorse bush, he begin to purr at it's warmth especially after a cold night like the last. The kit didn't feel like moving as it was tired and comfortable next to his mother. Though a noise is what stirred him, his ears pricked in curiosity. He saw at the corner of his eyes, he made out a small figure walking about the entrance of the nursery. For a moment, he thought at first with his drowsy eyes that it was something ominous and it was gonna to eat them. It made his fur rise out of fear and uncertainty.

Yet, he began to recognize the figure's light gray fur as it went out to the entrance and into the light, it was Echokit. Now, he was curious as to what the kit was up to, Harekit then left his mother's side and followed the other kit. Moments later, he found himself slowly creeping behind the kit some distance away to find an apprentice blocking their path. This lead to Harekit to sit two tail lengths away and nod his head to the side, unsure on what's going on.


Harekit

Frostpaw laughed at the kits attempt to lie. "my name is frostpaw and I'll be a warrior in a few sunrises so if you ever want to go out of camp become apprentice who knows maybe I'll be your mentor." she said smiling and sat down. She noticed harekit and motioned her tail at him to come.

He heard the apprentice introduce herself and recognize her as of being an apprentice of his clan, Harekit respond to her tail motion and began to follow the she-cat.

Echokit stopped backing away and sighed "But it boring in here plus I was only gonna take a little peak. And Im to young to be a apprentice yet. But I will be soon and Im gonna train my hardest and then I will be made a warrior quicker than any other apprentice. Or atleast thats what I want..". He noticed Harekit coming closer "Oh, hey Harekit!" he smiled slightly to the kit coming closer.

Frostpaw didn't believe this kit one bit. "harekit do you think he will be the fastest taught apprentice ever?" she asked

He looked at her and then on Harekit and waited on a answer.

Harekit heard the kit greet him as he got closer to the two cats, He respond with "Hey Echokit, I was curious of what you were up to...". He heard bits of their conversation as he approached, he heard Frostpaw asked about Echokit's ambition of being the fastest taught apprentice. "I don't know about that as I am going be the fastest taught apprentice!" he said arrogantly.

"Hm.. We both will" Echokit said and looked at Harekit "Right? We can train together and be the best ones". He looked at Frostpaw.

she tried to hold back a laugh but t was getting hard kits where so arrogant. "here if you want to be apprentices answer this one question and ill se if your good or not" she told them. "if I became warrior before you became apprentice who wants me as mentor." she asked them.

He looked at her for awhile "Will we train alot? If so yes I do".
