| The sun always rises here, with every moon, a new dawn begins. Only those strong enough to carry the sun shall raise it. DawnClan - Camp Map:

1.Apprentice Den- Three cardboard boxes with holes torn into them, taped up, a rather tight fit.
2. Warrior Den- Three cardboard boxes with holes torn in them, taped up.
3. The Injured's Den- One large open box that is easy to get in and out of, if it is not filled, queens often use it for kitting and to let their kits play. Elders may reside here as well to have an easy place to rest.
4. The Dumpster- Used in ceremonies, the one receiving will climb up onto the dumpster to be awarded their name.
5. Escape Tunnel- Used if there is an attack, small enough to block most predators from following.
6. Nursery- A pile of palettes, the middle has been cleared out through the previous rat burrowing long ago.
7- The Leader's Den- A palette with a large clump of moss. When a cat becomes an elder, they may choose to sleep here along with the leader.
8.Unused Dens- These are cold metal, one is a loosened grate. Both could be used for captives if a cat is under trial.
9. The Crow Tree- A black ladder that the ivy is slowly creeping towards it, vigils may be done here or at the opening in the alley, otherwise, it is used as a sunning spot.
10. Rain Spout- A rain gutter that flows into the camp, moss grows on the inside and is cleared regularly.
11. The Sun Fence- This bright wooden fence is where leaders conduct announcements, they step down from it to conduct ceremonies on the dumpster.
The Ivy(yellow)- The Ivy drapes over the dens of the camp and is reaching for the Crow Tree slowly. The vines are slowly being used to create den walls.
Code
- Devote yourself to DawnClan, take mates with no one you are not willing to bring to the clan.
- Prey is eaten together in camp, eating without the clan is a reason for demotion.
- Kits may not battle.
- Kits must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.
- Apprentices only battle at the prey-pile for extra prey.
- Apprentices must battle an enemy or display their skill in a battle with their mentor or any other warriors in order to be promoted.
- Warriors must battle at the prey-pile for their pick of prey, the loser steps down.
- All in-clan battles must not result in crippling injuries or death, this is harmful to the clan and will be punished either through similar injury or through a ritual that is done until the clanmate is healed fully.
- Burials are a sign of disrespect, a fallen clanmate shall be taken to a place significant to them or of their choice prior to death. This takes them to the skies through carrion birds and given the ferocity and strength of scavenging dogs.
- Kits found in possible danger or alone are to be brought to the clan camp and raised.
- Queens are of utmost importance, given the first choice of the prey-pile and relieved of duties until kits are raised to apprentice status.
- Leaders are given the third choice of prey, injured followed by queens. However, they are expected to share their prey with those who lose their battle for prey and there are no pieces left.
- All cats in the clan are expected to care for the kits of the clan, they are the future and legacy of the clan.
- Promotion to the rank of warrior comes with an addition the name adding a full title using defining attributes of the warrior. (Fang the Swift, Boulder the Sly, ect. These can only be positive as they are rewards, no -the Hateful or -the Ugly)
- At the rank of leader, the new leader receives the title of ___ the Risen, and then ____ the Fallen after replacement.
Rituals Those who are injured in battle for the clan and unable to continue their service are recommended to take life as a kittypet, the clan will rally with them on their departure. If they chose to stay, they sit with the leader during ceremonies. When a clanmate injures another in a serious way, that clanmate is expected to split all fresh-kill with the injured cat, any extra prey they earn is included in this. Trials and affairs in the clan don't end well usually, the guilty party is often sentenced to death rather than exile. Especially if it stems from the death of another clanmate. Clanmates are often chosen to kill the guilty one, sometimes the whole clan is left to do as they please as long as death results. Clarifications
Prey battles- Prey battles are not organized, entirely, everyone gets at least a piece of prey. If two claim a piece, they battle amongst themselves. Those who end up with no prey are not seen as personally weak, it is seen as a sign the clan does not have enough food and must work harder. Cats CAN share their prey with others to avoid this. To keep things realistic, these will be hosted once a week and will be playable until the next battle. The daily battles are implied. Battle system is only required when the roleplayers don't agree on a planned winner, otherwise, feel free to plot with it! Prey count- I will comb through topics, but if there's any hunting going on in your topic, please put it in the description with the amount of prey caught. If you don't list how much, it will default to however many cats were in the patrol. This is necessary as the clan centers around the amount of prey. If no one hunts, I'll roll a die, 1-3 will lead to a shortage in prey causing a necessary battle in the clan. Freeform?- This means that you are letting the roleplay do the plotting, nothing is fixed in place. Plotting- YOU MUST BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN PLOTS IN THIS GROUP! Negates all other clans’ passives. Having true wild cat blood makes your character hardier, with better survivability and highly adaptable to changes in the environment, as well as confrontations with rivals. With this passive, no cat regardless of clan or training will have a passive advantage over yours. Star Striker is the exception and is still active.

Anyway, a battle against the leader will commence after a moon of ruling as a test to see if the leader is still fit to rule, a challenger fights them for their place and if they win, they become the leader! ______________________________________ |
