Let's Do This! (For those who signed up)

Curlypaw was walking with the rest of her patrol, thoughts flying angrily through her mind. How Cedarstorm was already a warrior and she was still an apprentice. And even more frustuaratingly, how she was pretty her sister wanted to become mates with Crowfur, the most annoying cat in the clan. And how that tom just so happened to be right in front of her. She knew they had made up a moon ago, but she was still far from liking him.  And she disliked him even more after her sister developed a crush on him. She sometimes wondered if fate secretly hated her. Right now, she was on a patrol with the cat she hated to the place she hated. The Thunderpath is where she had been totally humiliated by a stupid ThunderClan apprentice and her stupid mother. If they happened to see either of those two that day, she wouldn't hesitate before attacking them.
"Come on guys, let's hurry up!" she urged, hoping to finish as soon as possible. The Thunderpath was in sight, and she wanted to finish this as soon as possible. Then she could get away from Crowfur and the site of a horrible occurance. But at the back of her mind, she knew that she couldn't escape thoughts.

At the front of the ThunderClan border patrol strut a golden-brown tom, who's chin was held high with narrowed eyes that were focused on the path in front of him. Falconpaw, though he was only an apprentice, had silently put himself in charge of the patrol, and commanded his fellow patrol members on what to do and where to go. Everything must run smoothly and perfectly, if he were to appease Blizzardstar and eventually become leader himself.

As the patrol neared the surprisingly quiet ThunderPath, Falconpaw caught site of presumably ShadowClan cats on the opposite side of the onyx path of death. "ShadowClan scum." The stubborn apprentice spat a little too loudly. "Stay back, otherwise you'll reek of them." He warned, glaring at the other patrol.

Crowfur nodded silently at Curlypaw's request. He had never disliked the she-cat but he knew that she disliked him very much. He had offered to go on a patrol with her just to be nice and help out a bit. The tom paused and narrowed his eyes when he spotted a Thunderclan patrol across the Thunderpath. He didn't say anything hoping they'd just patrol and leave. The tom had been in a couple of battles with predators a night after his Warrior ceremony. He was a bit experienced in hunting and a tiny bit in battles. He followed his group close, never taking his golden-yellow eyes off of the rival patrol.

Duskpaw followed alongside Falconpaw, cringing a little when the tom antagonised the other clan's patrol. He didn't want them to get in trouble for starting a fight, knowing Blizzardstar's tendency to prefer diplomacy over fighting, she would give them an earful if they did. But not wanting to appear weak or cowardly, he just gently nudged his fellow apprentice away from the Thunderpath.

Leafstorm huffed, giving Falconpaw a skeptical look. "Calm down, Falconpaw." He mewed, a faint laugh in his voice. "You've got a little while to go before you lead patrols." His ears twitched as he noticed the Shadowclan group. "Falconpaw..." He mewed warningly.
But of course it was too late. He sighed but took a defensive pose, stepping subtly between the two apprentices and the Thunderpath, shooting Smallbird a helpless look. Find a way to stop this before it starts

He didn't need a fight right now...

Smallbird nodded ad Leafstorm's words; there was no need for fight right now. But even so ThunderClan warrior prepared for the worst example of fight. He was happy that he was not oldest in the patrol and that he wasn't leading it. He lifted up his tail and stayed prepared.

Snowpaw followed behind the rest of the patrol her eyes scanning over everything with interest and anxiety, she can feel something bad was going to happen any moment. Her black and white fur prickled with nervousness. She looked up when Curlypaw spoke seeing the Thunderpath her ears drawing back a bit, from a mix between fear and anger as she heard the apprentice. Her eyes turned to slits as she growled under her breath, she's not going to let some Thunderclan flea bag apprentice call her scum.

Gingerstripe padded at the ShadowClan patrol's head, green eyes taking in everything he saw. He enjoyed patrols- walking along the territory and feeling the calm peace of the air reminded him of the good things he still had left in his life- his mother, the deputy; his amazing brother, Firestone; and his mate, Copperfang, who he didn't deserve. But apparently today wasn't going to be one of the quiet walks he enjoyed. The young warrior's eyes narrowed as he caught sight of a ThunderClan patrol. One of the cats on the other side immediately started insulting them. A flea-bag like that, calling them scum? A confrontation it was, then. Time to make Flamestrike proud. "Stay behind me- they're looking for trouble," the tabby tom hissed between his teeth to the rest of the patrol- a younger warrior and a couple apprentices. He didn't want this to come to a fight, but if ShadowClan's honor was at stake they would win easily. The ginger warrior padded up closer to the border, piercing eyes burning through the pelt of the cocky tom who had insulted them. "I wasn't aware that ThunderClan made kits into apprentices," Gingerstripe responded, a hint of a snarl in his almost conversational tone, eyes dangerous. "Know your place, tiny one. Take back the witless comment you just made and this won't come to blows- I'm sure you didn't know whom you were insulting." The tom's white-tipped tail lashed from side to side.

"Watch your language, mouse-brained kit!" Curlypaw spat at the ThunderClan apprentice, anger pulsing through her words. She would not let this small-minded tom make fun of her and her clan. Though looking back, she realized that she did agree that Crowfur could be called scum. At Gingerstripe's words, she narrowed her eyes angrily but obeyed. He was one in charge, so she had to listen to every word he said, no matter how silly it seemed. Though she couldn't help but smirk in admiration at the ginger warrior's words, at least he wouldn't put up with this harassment. She was sure this was going to become a fight, and that didn't seem to bad to her. Her eyes stayed locked on the ThunderClan patrol, not letting her gaze off a single one of them, so they couldn't take her by surprise. And she couldn't help but comment on her companions words.
"Did the little kitty understand that? Run along home to your mother, little kit!"

"...kits..."
"...tiny one..."
"...little kitty..."

The offensive words that the ShadowClan cats spat pierced through Falconpaw's skin harsher than the leaf-bare wind, arousing his bronze fur that rose to stand on end and double his visible size. "What did you just say to me, fuzzball? I could have mistaken you for a drowned hedgehog if it weren't for your irritating voice." The hateful apprentice retorted, advancing on his enemies. "And you, fox-breath, you stink of carrion. Is that what you ate for breakfast this morning? Mange eater." Falconpaw hissed at Gingerstripe before a monster came hurtling down the thunderpath. As soon as it had passed, he bounded across the tough ebony surface, his marroon face twisted with hatred for the ShadowClan apprentice that he targeted. Falconpaw crashed into Curlypaw at full force, bowling the furry she-cat over.

Falconpaw used Run-and-Tackle on Curlypaw, dealing 6 damage and using 10 stamina points.

IC: Curlypaw smirked as Falconpaw spat back insults, the angry words washing over her head and just reveling in the fact that she had made him angry in return. As the car flew by, she had a fleeting hope that it would hit him and send him o the Dark Forest where he belonged, but cursed silently when he was fine. During that brief moment of distraction, she had missed his sprint towards her and didn't see the ThunderClan apprentice until he was a tail-length away. She shook russet colored tom off her back and grabbed his tail tightly between her teeth, tearing at his flesh slightly. It was then that she realized that her hearing had once again disappeared. Rage gripped her and she spat back insults through the fur in her mouth, not hearing a sound of her own words.
"Yourf af fox heartbeat mouth brainth!"

Curlypaw used Tail Yank on Falconpaw, dealing 2 damage and costing 10 stamina

Leafstorm huffed but threw himself into the fray. "Smallbird, keep an eye on Duskpaw for me. We've gotta get this cleared up!"

I'm sure you didn't know whom you were insulting.
If only the Shadowclan warrior had kept his mouth shut.
He charged at the orange tom, spitting and hissing angrily. He was frighteningly large at that moment, his fur fluffed up as he had been taught my Mapleshade those many moons ago.

With a howl he bent his legs as if he was going to jump onto the tom's back and used his momentary distraction to slide under his legs, turning to slash at his unguarded stomach before springing up lightly and dancing just out of reach.

He felt a small hint of satisfaction at the orange warrior's pain. The conceited ones are always knocked down first, and the young tom would certainly think before speaking next time.

Crowfur let out a frustrated hiss when the Thunderclanners began yo battle with his clanmates. The tom leaped onto the nearest Thunderclan cat, which happened to be a small warrior. He was large so when he tried to jump onto her back, she toppled over. He held on and began to scratch and bite her without mercy.

Gingerstripe wasn't afraid as the comically fluffed-up tom came raging towards him- to the contrary, there was a grin on his face, his claws already unsheathed as the ThunderClan kittypet launched himself at him. Yet another chance to prove ShadowClan's strength. He would not let Flamestrike down! Not fooled by the enemy warrior's gambit- his eyes had betrayed where he was truly aiming- the ginger tabby tom took the hit gracefully, then took advantage of the territory by slamming his paws down in the mud, splashing muck into the other tom's face and catching him off guard. "You messed with the wrong Clan, mouse-brain," Gingerstripe grinned, showing his fangs. This would be easy.

Gingerstripe used Mud Slap on Leafstorm, dealing 5 damage and costing 10 stamina! Leafstorm is stunned for one turn.
