Daisykit's Apprentice Ceremony

Blizzardstar leaped onto the Highrock, ready for another ceremony “All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the Highrock for a clan meeting!”.

Daisykit was so exited she didnt want to look weird so she kept her hyperness inside. She couldn't wait to get her new name and a mentor. She looked up at the great leader ready for her ceremony.

Once enough cats were gathered beneath the Highrock, the white leader finally decided to go on "Daisykit, please, step forward”.

Daisykit stepped forward when the leader called her. She looked up at the leader and smiled. She couldn't wait. She wondered who her mentor was. She started to move her tail and stoped suddenly. She wanted to act like she was not at kit.

Blizzardstar smiled at the kit before talking again “Daisykit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Daisypaw” She took a quick glance at the warriors gathered before picking one for the new apprentice “Your mentor will be Lionspark. I hope she passes down all she knows on to you” With that she jumped off the Highrock, dismissing the clan.

Lionspark blinked as her name was called, looking up at Blizzardstar as she was named Daisypaw's mentor. It had been a while since she had an apprentice but after the deaths of her previous ones...She shook her head as she pulled herself to her paws. No, it wasn't time to think about that and get lost in her grief. She quickly crossed the clearing, leaning down to touch noses with Daisypaw as she flashed the newly named apprentice a soft but warm look. "Hello there Dasiypaw," she purred.
