Falconkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Blizzardstar leaped onto the Highrock, ready for another ceremony “All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the Highrock for a clan meeting!”.

With excitement rising inside his belly, Falconkit abandoned his half-eaten mouse and eagerly trotted up to the Highrock to take a seat right at the front.

Once enough cats were gathered beneath the Highrock, the white leader finally decided to go on "Falconkit, please, step forward”.

The golden-brown tom rose to his paws upon Blizzardstar's calling, his eyes glimmering in admiration of the leader, and took a large step forward.

Blizzardstar smiled at the kit before talking again “Falconkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Falconpaw” She took a quick glance at the warriors gathered before picking one for the new apprentice “Your mentor will be Darkflight. I hope she passes down all she knows on to you” With that she jumped off the Highrock, dismissing the clan.

Darkflight padded forward to greet her new apprentice, bending down to touch her nose to his. "You'll be a warrior in no time," she purred.

Falconpaw, after lightly touching his nose to Darkflight's, dipped his head respectfully. "I look forward to it. I promise I shall make your training worthwhile." He replied.
