The Power Of FRIENDSHIP

The bright sun beat unforgivingly on Leafstorm's back as he padded aimlessly around camp. With a small sigh he threw himself into the shade, panting slightly.
The past moons hadn't been kind to the young tom, and he had gone from a naive, playful apprentice to a serious warrior. He'd made mistakes, true, but he had learned from them, at least.

The fluffy tom gave an unhappy huff and flopped onto his other side, heaving himself up slightly so he could groom his pelt. He had grown a considerable amount since apprenticehood- nothing on Specklefang, though.
Specklefang.
How was she? He hadn't gone to see her in a while.

Now that he thought about it, he hadn't visited any of his friends recently. What were they doing?
He pulls himself to his feet, shaking himself slightly before padding towards the nursery.
"Specklefang?" He mewed softly, peeking into the entrance. "Uh, I was gonna go hunting, d'you wanna come? We could invite Falconpaw and Hawkswoop too, or maybe Blazingwing?"
