The Tawny's Surprise(closed for Tawny and Batter's kits and Shadowclan's med. Cat)

This was literally the last thing Tawnypool was expecting. The warrior was expecting kits none the less and that had sent her straight to the nursery. She was not usually one to complain but as time passed with her in the nursery she only wanted to go back to her warrior duties.The queen had been laying in her nest white belly swollen with kits as she had tried to take a nap. That was when she felt the agonizing pain of her kits ready to come into the world. She laid her ears flat trying to hold back a howl of pain. Though that didn't happen"B..Badgerstorm....!!!"She called for her mate before calling for the medicine cat soon after.

Badgerstorm headed back to camp with a crow dangling in his jaws. He felt proud of the kill as it was rather rare for the tom to catch such hard prey. He was thinking on gifting it to Tawnypool. Badgerstorm loved his mate dearly, but the thought of kits always put him on edge. Sure he was worried about the she-cat, but something about him with kits made him feel off. Not only does he want future, stronger warriors, he was going to be a father! Badgerstorm couldn't imagine what that would be like. The tom dreaded the thought, but he hoped Tawnypool knew how to be a perfect mother. As long as she doesn't turn our kits soft...

Suddenly, the nursery burst out into a yowl, calling his name. His fears had come. Badgerstorm's stomach churned as he stupidly stood in the open with the crow in his jaws. Snapping back to his senses, he dropped the crow from where he stands and headed straight to the medicine cat's den. "Honeydrop! Roaringpaw! Tawnypool is kitting!"
