Cheetah's Assessment [Closed]

Wildheart stood by the entrance to the camp, nervously kneading the ground with his paws. He had been asked to give an apprentice their hunting assessment. He himself had gotten his assessment only a couple moons ago. Hopefully he'd do alright giving one.

The long legged tall apprentice padded over after hearing that she was doing her assessment. She smiled a bit tail flicking"hi so your holding my assessment"she mewed

Wildheart nodded. "I am," he replied, leading the apprentice out of camp. Stopping after getting a fair distance away, he looked to the apprentice. "For your assessment, I want you to catch two rabbits and a hare and meet me back here before sundown," he said.

Cheetahpaw blinked and nodded her amber eyes looking around. She quietly moved forward quietly. She sniffed the sure catching the scent of a hare and followed it spotting the furry creature she crouched.She bunched her muscled and launched herself forward propelling herself at the unsuspecting hare. With ease she caught up to it and batted it down and killed it swiftly

After she caught the hare she hid the Brown creature to come back for later. She moved farther into the territory sniffing the air that's when she caught the scent of rabbit and followed it. She spotted one and caught the scent of another nearby. She crouched and sprang and she caught it with ease. She hid it with the hare and went after the other scent.


She then went after the second rabbit and sprang but she moved too soon and the rabbit was gone into a hole. She frowned some and flicked her ear.

Cheetahpaw flicked her tail and crouched as she had followed another rabbit scent crouching she leapt hoping to catch this final furred creature. She caught it and killed it before fetching the other two peices of prey and went to meet up with Wildheart.

Wildheart nodded in approval as Cheetahpaw brought the pray over to him. "You've done well. Now take the fresh-kill back to camp and grab yourself something," he said, turning back towards the camp.

Cheetahpaw nodded smiling some and did so.
