| OCC: That's a perfect idea! That solves the problem that I was thinking before. I will roll the dice and if the number is 1-5, then ElmxTiny win, and if it's 6-10, then OrchidxBat win. I will edit the post after the rolling dices, to announce the future winner, that are going to be the ones that catch 5 fishes first, so we can finish the competition soon ;)
IC: Tinypaw was a bit sad because she worried her friend like that. If her body wasn't so small and weak then her friends wouldn't have to worry and help her all the time, like Batpaw did in the trees and now Elmpaw, helping her being more gentle to throw the fishes. She wanted to be a warrior but how could she do that if she wasn't able to resist a little falling? The apprentice shook these pessimistic thoughts away and focused on the next fish. She didn't want to disappoint Elmpaw, so she would do her first this time. She glanced how the brown tom caught the prey under the water and then tossed to her. The little she-cat waited for it, even if sometimes she saw two fishes instead of one, and opened her jaws after she did a little pounce, hoping to catch the silverfish. Because of her good luck and the nice throwing of Elmpaw, Tinypaw was able to close her mouth with the prey inside of it. She dug her fangs deeply until it stopped moving and tossed it to the shore, where the other two fishes they caught were. Her amber eyes were more bright and she turned back to the brown cat with her happiest smile and nodded to him, to show that she was okay again and not feeling dizzy anymore.
(Edit: Tinypaw and Elmpaw are going to be the winners this time because the roll dice was 2, so go on and have fun)

| Batpaw saw how his partner managed to catch the fish that was thrown by him earlier and he smiled after seeing that Orchidpaw was pretty good at this. No wasting any other second, Batpaw turned his sight to the unsettled water and glanced a quick flash swimming. The tom jumped to it, diving his head under the river. But something went wrong. The charcoal cat used too much strength in his jaws and the prey died in a few seconds, so the catch didn't count for the game. He tossed it to the shore frustrated, "Fox-dung..." He muttered before he searched quickly for another fish. His eyes soon glanced another one and this time he was able to pick it up without killing it and threw to the ember she-cat who was probably waiting for him. Even if he caught something at the end, that failing catch was a lost of precious time. From the corner of his eyes, Batpaw watched how Tinypaw and Elmpaw were doing a great job together and again, the jealousy filled his mind. He wished so much to be on the same team with Tiny and be the one that made her smile. The apprentice focused again in the competition and started searching again for any silverfish. ______________________________________ Crowkit of Shadowclan:#0066ff Tigerpaw of Riverclan:#006600 Cloudpaw of Riverclan: #00cc99 |

| Elmpaw The brown tom flicked his ears and nodded to Tinypaw. He turned back to the river and in a couple of heartbeats he spotted another fish. He reached out with a paw and hooked it. In one smooth motion he pulle it free of the water and tossed it flawlessly to Tinypaw. Without a second glance to see if she'd caught it he dove forward grabbing a large trout by the tail. It thrashed and thrashed and his head and being yanked back and forth but he wanted to impress Tinypaw by winning this competition. He locked his jaw and dug his paws into the river bottom Lifting his head above the water he waved his tail frantically to her hoping she would come over to him and help him get the fish out before Batpaw and Orchidpaw finished. Orchidpaw the orange and white apprentice, now soaked to the skin with River water watched as Batpaw tried to hard and tossed her a dead fish. "Thats okay! Keep going!" She yowled tossing th dead fish onto the pie. EWven if they lost this was still an awesome amount of prey to bring back to the camp. Maybe this would get her mentors attention. She flicked her ears and leaped catching the fourth fish for her and Batpaw. As she killed it and asdded it to their pile there came a cocaphony of splashing and her brothers tail waved as he struggled with the biggest fish Orchidpaw had ever seen. "Hurry Batpaw we can still win! One more!" She yowled. |
