Silentkit's Apprentice Ceremony

"Let all cats old enough to... capture their own prey gather underneath Jaggedrock for a clan... meeting!" Thrushstar yowled.

Silentkit padded out of the nursery after finally getting away from his mothers rasping tongue, shooting a playful gaze back at her before settling down under Jaggedrock, green eyes bright with excitement.

Littlebrook followed after her son, eyes shining with pride and amusement, before sitting down behind him. Her blue eyes flickered in sadness as she wished Lightningstrike were here to see his only son become an apprentice, but it was gone a second later as she pushed the thoughts of Lightningstrike down like she has been doing ever since he had gone.

OOC: Mudfoot was here the whole time. I'm simply filling in for Shad and Sun because they are busy~

"Tonight we gather to make this kit an apprentice," Mudfoot meowed as the clan gathered. "Silentkit, from now on until you receive your warrior name you, will be known as Silentpaw. Your mentor will be Wildfang. May he teach you everything that he knows." With a nod, the warrior jumped down from the rock.

The newly named Silentpaw beamed proudly as he was given his apprentice name and cast a quick glance back at his mother before padding over to his mentor and touching his nose to Wildfang.

Littlebrook smiled proudly while chanting her son's new name. "Silentpaw! Silenpaw!"
