Medicine Cat Meeting 8/28/16

Cinderpaw had been more than excited to attend her first medicine cat meeting. This would be her first time seeing the Moonstone. Leafheart had told her about it, but seeing it with her own eyes would be a lot more exciting than just hearing about it. The journey seemed like forever, but it was actually quite short, considering that WindClan was closest to Highstones. When Cinderpaw and her mentor finally arrived at where they would be meeting the other medicine cats and their apprentices. She had to try and stop herself from bouncing around with excitement, yet the tip of her tail repeatedly twitched back and forth with impatience and excitement.
I can't wait to meet the others! She thought, a smile on her muzzle.

Dreamleaf trudged up the hill to the the cave that held the Moonstone. The calico medicine cat looked around and saw Cinderpaw.
"Greetings!" Dreamleaf purred delightfully.

Leafheart was delighted to see her apprentice so eager but she herself could hardly contain the excitement inside. This was her first medicine cat meeting despite being a full medicine cat and having an apprentice of her own, "Greetings all!" She called aloud. With the threat of the Dark Forest gone she could finally unwind and enjoy her time as a medicine cat, with her clan and especially with her apprentice.

Cloudpaw arrived alone and smiled when he reached the other medicine cats. He knew he was the same age as Leafheart, but having no true same-Clan mentor of his own was a drawback. Still, he had to admit to himself that he still had much to learn. "Cinderpaw. Leafheart. Dreamleaf. How are you all?" The tom flicked his poofy white tail.
