A death in the family (for Acrylic, Berryheart and Twitch)

Felix trapped the squirrel under his paws. He smiled to himself - such prey was rare around the Twolegplace at the best of times. His smile faded after he sniffed the air. He was in those exiled cats so-called 'territory', and he was sure they wouldn't welcome him here. He was about to make a quick getaway, but he noticed out of the corner of his eye, a cat staring him down. He turned around and faced the cat, unsheathing his claws for self-defense.

"Er, Felix?" The ginger and white she-cat asked. She recognized this cat, the cat that was hostile when the exiles first met the Arcane, and Vixenheart had made it her business to remember everyone's names. Even though the exiles would help the Arcane and the Arcane would help the exiles, wandering onto each other's 'territory' wasn't common.
"Your not supposed to be here." She said, calmly but with a demanding hint to her tone. Her amber gaze wasn't hardened but it had a sense of seriousness to it. She didn't want to hurt or chase the rogue down, hopefully he'd just leave peacefully.

"And why should I?" Felix laughed, but a steely and serious glint appeared in his eyes. "You don't know how this place works, do you? You think you can just march in here and take up half of the Twolegplace, and you think we won't care?"

"Well, we certainly did give you and the Arcane a fair amount of space for you little, schmantics." She said.
"So I'm pretty much positive that you can take your unimportant business elsewhere." She finished, her ginger and white tail flicking behind her.
"Your quite the hostile rogue, you know, you should take some lessons from Gold on how to treat a Clan cat, because threatening them certainly isn't the way to go, and Gold is way kinder than you could ever be."

Felix snorted. "If you'd been through what I have, you would be hostile too. And I'm not Gold, and I'll do what I like." His claws were still unsheathed. "And please - you gave us enough space? You 'gave us'? For goodness sake, this was our home in the first place - and I'm regretting us letting you stay! I should have protested when I had the chance, because now you want us to move elsewhere? You don't own this place," he added the last sentence with snarl. "You Clan cats have done nothing but cause problems for us...you think our life isn't hard enough?

"Really?" Vixenheart asked, her voice raising. Her voice never raised, ever...
"You weren't born in a Clan with cats that you thought would be loyal to each other forever! You weren't betrayed by dozens of Clanmates who sided with evil! You weren't forced out of your home because of your faith, And you most certainly didn't have to stay hidden from cats who would spring and kill you at any second!" She said furiously. Her claws slid outslowly, and her now piercing amber stare rested angrily on Felix.

Felix crouched in defence, staring straight into Vixenheart's eyes. "How cute, thinking that cats are always loyal forever and ever. You should know by now that you can't expect life to be sunshine and rainbows,"  he smirked. "It seems like this is the only very unfortunate thing to happen in your life, and you're expecting us to take pity on you because 'boo-boo I never thought anything terrible would ever happen to ME!' Tell me, did you have to scavenge for food your entire life? Did you not have a cat to care for you when you were a kit? Did you not even have a home? Were you unsafe when you slept? Could you not go out without worrying about being attacked by other cats over a measly mouse?" he shot back angrily. "D-did you ever have a sister who died because of your stupid mistake?" He choked up a little on that last sentence. "You don't know what pain is. You think this place is uncomfortable - try living here alone from birth!"

A bundle of cream fur flashed through the bushes, and out came the cat that the fur belonged to: Wrenpaw. She noticed Felix and Vixenheart having some sort of furious stare-off. What was this all about.
"Vixenheart...what's going on? Felix, what are you doing on our territory?" She asked. She didn't try to sound hostile, because apparently Vixenheart had taken this with anger. Wrenpaw didn't want a scuffle to break out, and she didn't want to fight this rogue. He was apart of the Arcane, and the Arcane had helped the exiles. It would just be plain...cruel...to hurt one of their cats. Her blue eyes glanced at Felix, "We, really wouldn't want a fight to break out, would we? So, if you don't want one to happen, you can just...go off to your territory...?" She said, trying to sound calm and reasonable.

Felix narrowed his eyes at Wrenpaw. "I'm not going to repeat what I just said....and I'm sure you heard, anyway!" he spat. "But you Clan cats just think you can walk in here and kick us out? Relocate us to one alleyway and take the rest of the place for yourselves? Like I was saying to your little friend.....you don't know how it works here. You think you've been through soooo much in your life. Oh please!" he snarled, and began to pace around the two cats, claws unsheathed.

Blazepaw was friends with Vixenheart, but he was much more bold and stupid "If you saw the mess at the gathering you'd let us in kittyface!" He spat before jumping up and started to fight him

Felix jumped up on top of Blazepaw, determined not to be caught off guard by the surprise attack. "Oh, if only you've seen the worst of what goes on here!" he snarled. He slashed at his exposed underbelly with sharp claws, enraged. He was much stronger than Blazepaw, but if the other two attacked it would be difficult.

Vixenheart reached forwards, sinking her teeth into Blazepaw's scruff and tossing the apprentice backwards.
"Blazepaw, you should never attack-" She stopped, mid-sentence. Felix didn't seem to understand what the exiles were going through. He was practically mocking them, and Vixenheart wouldn't stand for it.
"What I was going to say was. You should never attack alone." She said, with a growl.
It was like a signal letting the other cats of the group know that they could attack. With that, she sprang for Felix with unsheathed claws and scowl on her face.

Felix gritted his teeth as Vixenheart attacked. He wasn't fast enough to dodge and went tumbling down with her, he claws leaving bloody marks on his back. He jumped up and pounced back at Vixenheart, letting out a loud screech as he sunk his claws into her. "You......you...don't know anything....." he hissed, and gave an almost manical smile.
