| Eaglefeather sat in the nursery, she had her kits her weren't yet apprentices. She licked them and looked up into the clearing, seeing the apprentices den she smiled thinking of Mistpaw. She was proud of Mistpaw for becoming an apprentice, she didn't hate her as much now, maybe they could become better friends. And maybe Mistpaw could meet some of her kits.

| Mistpaw padded out of the appretnice den, yawning. She took a seat in the middle of clearing and began washing herself. It was a nice day, the sun shining, birds singing. It made Mistpaw a bit uneasy. Everything was too quiet, too calm. There was something coming. A dark threat, looming on the horizon. ______________________________________ Characters:
