The eagle that fly's through the mist [closed]

"I don't want any part of your stupid games. Go play with one of your precious kits if you want to play a game so badly." Mistpaw would have no part in whatever Eaglefeather was trying to get her to do.

Eaglefeather stood up and walked out of the nursery, heading for the entrance of camp mysteriously. She looked back at Mistpaw with a grin and faced the other direction, racing off.

OOC: Mistpaw can follow her or watever

Mistpaw, despite every muscle in her body screaming for her not to, followed Eaglefeather. Was it curiosity? No, more like she wanted to make sure Eaglefeather wouldn't bother her anymore.

Eaglefeather kept padding along, she knew Mistpaw was following. She pretended not to notice.

Mistpaw followed her, always staying at least a few fox lengths away.

Eaglefeather had walked through a bit of mud and then reached a clearing, it was dry and bright, as well as quiet. A blossom tree was over in a small corner, she laid down under it and closed her eyes, falling asleep.

Mistpaw stopped at the edge of the clearing, peering at Eaglefeather. What in Starclan's name was she doing? "Mouse brain..." the pale she cat muttered as she turned to pad back to camp. Her curiosity was satisfied, now she only had left to hope Eaglefeather would stay asleep for a while.

Eaglefeather really hadn't been sleeping, she twitched waiting for Mistpaw to make her move.

Mistpaw padded back to camp, her tail lashing with mild irritation.

She waited and took a short cut, already laying down in camp pretending to be asleep again.

Mistpaw padded into camp, coming to a halt when she saw Eaglefeather. "Seriously?" She snarled silently. What was with Eaglefeather today? Mistpaw stalked up to the queen, glaring down at her. "Go play your stupid games elsewhere. I told you, I'm not a kit!" she hissed, an edge to her voice.

"Who said I was playing, kit?" she retorted.

"What else would you be doing, pretending to sleep in the middle of camp like a mouse-brain?" she hissed. What was Eaglefeather thinking?

Eaglefeather grinned suspiciously "I thought you were going back to your den eh? Well seems like you've bothered me as well, maybe I was trying to sleep. But it seems like your a bit to well 'better' than you are, seems like you were pretending as well" she mewed calmly again.

A growl rose up from deep in Mistpaw's throat, a murderous light glinting in her icy blue eyes. "I was heading back to my den, but you keep interrupting me so rudely. Why would you be sleeping in the center of camp? Last I checked, you had fallen asleep in the forest. Sleeping cats don't beat perfectly wide awake ones back to camp. What am I pretending to do? All I'm trying to do is get a little peace and quiet." she responded sharply.
