Eveningkit, Featherkit, Thistlekit, and Lakekit's Apprentice Ceremony

Darkflight hopped onto the Highrock, now fully able to get up with only her three legs. "All cats old enough to cat h their own prey come under the Highrock for a Clan meeting!" she called, a grin on her muzzle.

Thinstripe walked out of the warriors den, she stood below the Highrock waiting for the clan meeting to begin.

Lakekit padded out of the nursery and joined Thinstripe, he hoped he would get her as a mentor.

Eveningkit padded out of the nursery after her brother and flicked her tail he took her place over by Lakekit.

Thistlekit padded out after his sister and brother, flicking his tail in annoyance at being woken up.

Featherkit bounced over to Highrock as soon as she heard the call, skidding to a halt at its base. Her twin sister had gotten her ceremony early because of her maturity and Featherkit was anxious to catch up again. This was so exciting!

Bluesong padded over to the Highrock. The old warrior settled down and looked up at Darkflight.

The she-cat nodded and began the ceremony. "Featherkit, Thistlekit, Eveningkit, and Lakekit. You have all reached the age of six moons and it is time you became apprentices. Until you receive your warrior names, your names are Featherpaw, Thistlepaw, Eveningpaw, and Lakepaw. Your mentors will be Bluesong, Frozenflame, Cloverpool, and Thinstripe, respectively." Darkflight looked to the new mentors. "I hope they train you to the best of their ability." She jumped down to join in the chanting of the cats' new names.

Thinstripe nodded and reached her nose out to touch noses with her new apprentice

Bluesong rose from her spot and padded over to Thistlepaw and touched noses with him.

Lakepaw broke into grin and touched noses with Thinstripe.

Cloverpool purred and touched noses to her granddaughter.

OOC: Wha-? Wasn't Bluesong Featherkit's mentor?

IC: Puzzled, Featherkit cocked her head. Wasn't Bluesong supposed to be her mentor? She wouldn't mind being trained by her father, though. I'm going to learn every battle move there is and bring back the biggest squirrel in the forest every day! she thought to herself as she padded toward Frozenflame. He's going to be so impressed with me!

OOC: Sorry! I rushed that! I was just about to get on a plane! Sorry! Oh well!

IC: Bluesong smiled and looked up at Darkflight then back at Featherpaw.

Frozenflame stood up and touched noses with his new apprentice, Thistlepaw.

IC: Featherkit shrugged, then moved to touch noses with Bluesong again. She hoped her new mentor would show her all the best hunting places and teach her about all the Clans! She couldn't wait!
