Bluesong was curled up in the nursery, her stomach bulging with the promise of new kits for Thunderclan. The blue/gray she-cat laid her head on the nest. She hadn't been able to sleep well lately for she was anticipating the moment her kits would be ready. Bluesong only closed her eyes for a second before a sharp pain, almost like claws, ran down her side. Bluesong let out a cry of pain. She could've tried to hold it, but she couldn't.
"Dreamleaf! Nightfire!" Bluesong yelped. Her voice was a bit strangled as the pain laced through her belly. It was her instinct to call out for the Medicine Cats.

Dreamleaf's eyes snapped open at the faint cry of Bluesong. The calico she-cat staggered up and snatched her bundle of herbs off the ground. Dreamleaf hustled over to the Nursery and shouldered her way inside. She quickly pinpointed the sound of Bluesong through the dim lighting and she dropped herself beside Bluesong. Dreamleaf gingerly opened her bundle of herbs which consisted of Borage, Chervil, Burnet and poppy seeds. Dreamleaf laid a stick beside Bluesong and commanded her to bite down on it when she was ready. She then placed a wad of wet moss beside the stick. Dreamleaf exhaled slowly and closed her eyes, pressing her paw against the queen's belly. She felt a ripple.
"Push," Dreamleaf said quietly.

After a few more moments of painful cries and agonizing work, there were multiple balls of fur laying beside Bluesong's stomach. Dreamleaf silently fed Bluesong some Borage and Chervil. She waited for a few more moments then gave her the Burnet and Poppy Seeds, all which would help ease the pain and aching.

One of the small bundles that consisted of grayish black ginger and white fur, squirmed and let out a high pitched mewl as she squirmed at her mother's belly.

One of the small kits is a silver colored tom eith dark gray stripes streaking across his fur. He sleeps silently at his mothers side.

A third a kit mewed quietly, blinding feeling about. After a few moments, the pale gray white and orange she-kit had fallen asleep at her mother's side.

A bundle of dark gray and brown fur mewled and began to suckle, probably rolling over his siblings in the process.
