Ring the Deputy Bells, SkyClan

He was relieved to see how quickly SkyClan was regaining power, everything had seemed to unravel before, even he was starting to lose faith, but with the trust and strength of his clan, he knew they could carry on. Now, when his former deputy had expressed his wishes to step down, Breezestar had been disappointed, but had respected the tom's decision. It was time to choose someone else now, someone young and strong to help them retake their home and bring their clan back to power, to carry on SkyClan's honor.

"Let all cats of SkyClan come forward for a clan meeting!" He yowled.

Crowflight left the fresh-kill pile that they had over in Riverclan territory. Food can wait appearently his leader had something important to say. These things never took long so he could get food in a moment. The dark colored tom walked over, and took a seat a little ways from where his leader sat, facing Breezestar, wondering what he had to say.

Rabbitwhisker joined his apprentice, who he was totally a great mentor for, in the clearing to see what Breezestar had called everyone over for. He hoped it had something to do with taking back their home, maybe Breezestar would finally pick a deputy to help lead them. The warrior thought Crowflight would be a good choice, he was young and strong, loyal to his clan. A few moons ago, he thought Stormwing would have done well, but she was long gone now.

Mapledrop padded over and sat down next to her secrete father-in-law, he didn't know it but then again he didn't have to, after all Deerflight and she had promised to keep it a secret, and they had asked Finchheart(NPC) a brown and white spotted Tom to pretend to be the kits father. She may have felt a little guilty but she didn't let that ruin her good mood. "Hello Rabbitwhisker. What do you think this meeting will be about?" The dark red she cat purred flicked her tail.

Acornheather yawned and stretched in her nest, slowly waking up after a long nap. The medicine cat left the den, blinking her eyes in adjustment to the new scenery. The tabby she-cat had been expecting an announcement from Breezestar for some time, having given him some council not long ago. She padded up to her father, nodding in respect before turning her green gaze to her leader. Though no names had come up in their conversation, she knew the tom would not fail in choosing the best deputy for their clan.

Sandfeather padded over to Breezestar and she took a seat. With a few swift swiped of her tongue, she cleared her fur of the moss that had gotten itself lodged in her fur.

"The time has come to pick SkyClan's next deputy." Breezestar said simply, gazing out towards his clan. "I say these words before the spirits of our ancestors so that they may hear and approve my choice. Crowflight will be the new deputy of SkyClan."

Crowflight blinked. Him? Why not Rabbitwhisker? He was older and wiser, but at the same time Crowflight couldn't object. Standing the new deputy addressed this. "I will do my best Breezestar." Turning to his clan mates. "I will do my best for all of us." Crowflight said with some pride.

Rabbitwhisker beamed with pride at his ex-apprentice who'd been made deputy, Crowflight might have been younger, but he was honest and strong. The tom agreed with Breezestar that this was the best choice for SkyClan, age meant nothing, Crowflight would help lead SkyClan to the victory they deserved. It was time WindClan got what they deserved, ThunderClan too. "Crowflight! Crowflight! Crowflight!" Rabbitwhisker started the chanting.

Snowstorm walked over into the clearing and chanted with Rabbitwhisker.
