Ravens! Hide! (Open)

Everyone had heard the horror stories of ravens and hawks, but he was braver than that. With dull Amber eyes, they searched the den. This is so cool! He thought playfully. He bounced around, almost ready to head outside into the real world. "Hey! Ow!" He cried, but nothing happened. He had all these made up imaginary friends. Their names were Eagle, Hawk, Falcon, Vulture and Parrot. They weren't birds, they were just kits. So, Parrot had tackled him. "Parrot, get off! Mommy won't be happy!" He scolded gently, giving the air a playful shove. Hawk and Falcon glared at Ravenkit, baring their huge teeth. "Hey! Let's go outside!" With an abrupt meow, he skipped outside.


The air was crisp and dry. Dead, crunchy leaves remained scattered randomly on the Camp's grounds. There was garbage and trash strewn about, mostly piles of wood. He let out a sigh. "I always thought it looked better." He made Falcon say. "No, Falcon. This is home." He replied. Even though he seemed to be talking to himself, his friends were real to him.
