I don't have a title

Echostrike had come back into camp, and hearing yelling, she heard most of the conversation and started to head towards them, starting to seethe with rage. The apprentice threatened to hit her old mentor and she started to charge at the apprentice, even with Specklefur's response and kicking up dirt, she rammed the apprentice over onto their back and stood over them and promptly started to screech in their face and growl. "How dare you threaten and disrespect an elder!" she placed a paw on the apprentices chest, pressing some of her weight on her. "If you so badly want to pick a fight, go ahead and fight me. I'll rip some scars into your fur and see how you like it!" She started to dig her claws into the apprentice.

Marshpaw ran over to hear the commotion. "What's going on?" He asked. He listened to the conversation as Echostrike came over. He ran over and pushed Echostrike away. "Hey! She was threatening Bluepaw and disrespecting HER! That crazy old elder DESERVES no respect!" He hissed, bouncing in front of Bluepaw.

Minnowpaw came out of the den followed by Cloverpool. "Bluepaw, Marshpaw whats going on?" The older apprentice meowed with concern.

Cloverpool nudged Bluepaw up gently. nodding respectfully to the younger warrior and Specklefur. "Specklefur im sorry for Bluepaw yelling at you. And Bluepaw don't threaten an elder its disrespectful. Bluepaw go wait for me by the nursery,Minnowpaw and Marshpaw go with her please." She scolded the apprentice even though Bluepaw wasn't her daughter she still wanted to help and make sure that a real fight didn't happen. She whispered in Bluepaws ear when she passed, low enough that only Bluepaw heard. "Don't worry im right there with you just trying to appease Specklefur. Don't worry shes just tired."

Marshpaw growled at Cloverpool. "She has every right to disrespect that old hag! An elder has no right to lower any ones self-esteem- no one does!" He hissed at Cloverpool. "And I will NOT come with you." He growled.

"Enough." A voice growled from the clearing, Duskfall stalked over, following the commotion that had caught the attention of half the clan it seemed. The deputy knew Specklerfur was a difficult cat to get along with, only Echostrike and Spottedstar really knowing what laid in the she-cat's heart. But she had his respect for her battle prowess and loyalty to their clan, so he followed Spottedstar's lead and held his tongue in respect. Something apparently the apprentices were struggling to do, oh to be young again. "Marshpaw, Bluepaw, go collect some mouse bile and fresh moss. Looking after the elders will be your sole duties until you learn some respect. Echostrike, be on your way. Fighting apprentices is below you. Rest of you, leave. I won't have this sort of fighting in the middle of camp."

Bluepaw snarled at the warriors.
"I have my rights," Bluepaw snapped at the warriors. She was furious that they were standing up for Specklefur. The old elder was the one who started it by accusing her! Her chest throbbed from where Echostrike had bowled into her.
"Oh ya!" She snarled at Echostrike threateningly. She unsheathed her claws but was held back," I'LL SHOW YOU!" Bluepaw screeched furiously. Then she swung around, anger flaming through her eyes. She stared at Duskfall with an upset flame in her icy eyes. Then she stalked away, her tail high and she thrust her chin up. She hated how the warriors were acting. Specklefur had no right to treat the apprentices so horribly. Bluepaw stormed into the medicine cat den, her breathing heavy and painful. Her fur was still clumped from being tackled.

Specklefur was about to rip the apprentice Marshpaw apart when the other warriors leaped into the fray, giving a snarl she screeched in frustration. "Keep those two apprentices away from me!" She snapped, eyeing down Marshpaw with a growl. "Especially him." She spat before clawing at the ground. "You know what? Keep all of them away from me! I will not permit it! Only my previous apprentices, my kittens and Spottedstar, and yourself Duskfall. No others do I make myself clear?" She spat, trotting back onto her rock and slumping down next too the squirrel.

Darkpaw peeked outside the apprentice's den, the only part of her visible being bright yellow eyes. She did not emerge, too cautious of her mother to approach. But her denmates, they she could. She trotted towards them, attempting to stay out of Specklefur's line of sight. "I mean no harm, but please, I don't think she's bluffing at all." Her eyes glanced back somewhat nervously, tail twitching as well."Hold your tongue even if it hurts."


Foxfang rose from his nest, groaning in annoyance at the yowling. A single grey eye opened and gazed outside the den mouth, watching what was happening for a moment before deciding to get up. The old tom glanced at Duskfall, giving a look that said, "I'll take it from here." He turned to Specklefur and said in a calming tone, "I'll make sure you don't even smell them, alright?" To be honest, he struggled to keep down his own temper towards the apprentices, but it wouldn't help to get angry here.

"Why should I? I get she's your mother, but she's... Somethings off with her. Blue paws right. She shouldn't be fighting anyone and she had no right to low her self-esteem, I'm sure everyone knows what that can do. She threatened to [i]fight[\i] her, Darkpaw." He said lowly.

Bluepaw hissed with frustration.
"She's a coward. I brought back prey this morning but she still is angry that I brought back a scrawny squirrel!" Bluepaw let out a soft cry of anger. She flopped into her nest and buried her muzzled under her nest, hiding her face with her fluffy tail.
"Disappointment I am, disrespecting an Elder.... Creating a fight," Bluepaw continued with a ragged voice," Because of a squirrel!"

Turning on Marshpaw, she swiped at the apprentice "Do not touch me!" she hissed, but hissed at the pathetic Bluepaw walked away. "Next time that apprentice disrespects Specklefur she will get a sheathed paw in her face to knock some sense into her."

Bluepaw looked back at Echostrike with such a angry look that it could almost be counted as claws.
"Echostrike and Specklefur are both going to get a claw to remember me by," Bluepaw spat.

"Then don't touch anyone." Marshpaw hissed, unsheathing his claws. Turning to Bluepaw, he growled. "Yes they are. This stupid clan is so dumb with those fox hearted elders and warriors."

"When a senior warrior gives an order, you obey. Doubly so when it's me. Now hurry up and do as I say." The warrior growled from deep within, his green eyes flashing dangerously at their continued disobedience. The only hint he wasn't actually going to jump them like Echostrike was the fact his claws remained sheathed, physical force wasn't the only way to cower young cat barely older than kits. If anything, he severely disapproved of Echostrike's methods, she was taking after her old mentor too much in his eyes. But that was something to discuss another day. "Minnowpaw, make sure your denmates do as they're told, or you'll join them."

Once the apprentice and warrior's had left, and he was certain they weren't in hearing distance, he turned to face the two elders. He'd kept his voice low, respecting them enough to not outright contradict them in front of the youths. But as far as the deputy was concerned, he had no intention of just letting Foxfang handle this. They were a clan, and this sort of in-fighting was unacceptable. "Specklefur, you know I consider you a formidable warrior, loyal to our clan. But what I said was not a suggestion. It was an order by your deputy. These apprentices will learn to respect and serve by assisting you, and you in turn, will treat them with respect, or cold distain if you must. However my decision is final. It'll be good for you to have someone who doesn't cower at your every word and growl."
