Training Topic

Flames padded into the clearing, almost too close to WindClan territory. He planned to meet Olive and Storm there for their training. He smiled, and purred, "Okay. First hunting."

OOC: can I join?

Storm emerged from the darkened corner, his dark grey fur with black flecks fitting in the shadows very well, "Hello father" He meowed his pale ice blue eyes to slits.

OOC: Yes.

"Hello, Storm. Now. Do you want to learn to hunt?"

"I suppose if I go spy on other cats i'll need hunting and fighting skills" He slid out his sharp claws and purred

Orbit walked over to the cats and purred. She looked to Storm. "Excited?"

He nodded, "A little bit" He let himself press against her, suddenly a breeze blew by and a strong Windclan scent came. Wrinkling his nose he gagged, "What is that stench!!"

Orbits eyes widened realizing it was windclan. "That is windclan. The place that Gladepaw joined. We should get going now so, they don't see us."

Flames growled. "You better spy on those dirt-bags well. They are useless excuses for cats, and they stole Sandy's sister. Now only Gladepaw is alive..." His voice slightly cracked at the thought of Sandy. He closed his eyes, but them mewed, "Storm, we must learn to hunt now. Then I will teach you how to fight. And then," The tabby tom leader explained, "Spy." His usually fierce angry voice turning into a sinister whisper, then an angry hiss.

Storm nodded, a dark glaze coming over him as the thought of Sandy's body crept back into his mind.

IC: Flames swallowed. Why did I bring that topic up? Ugh. Nevermind! The tabby thought. "Okay. Storm," He purred, "Hunting. Now, you crouch, and when you find prey, you pounce. See this rock? Practice hunting on it." He instructed, rather calmly.

Storm got into a decent crouch, pinning his ears and wriggling his rump, he launched himself to the rock. Landing on his target he gave a playful squeal and batted it around. "I caught it Father!" He mewed proud of himself.

Flames purred, "You did. Well done. Now, to fine some real prey. Like that mouse over there..." He flicked his tail to a white mouse. Go hunt it. Make daddy proud...
