| Shimmerkit walked out of the nursery, determined to do what she had decided. She would ask Ebonyleaf, face to face, the questions she had been pondering for moons. Hopefully, she would be in the medicine cat den. Hopefully, she would agree. If not... Shimmerkit had contemplated an alternative. Hopefully- there was that word again!- she wouldn't have to take that route. The black she-cat poked her head into the medicine cat's den. She had waited too long. "...Hello?" she meowed anxiously.
