| Softsong after a night and part of the day of thinking over her decision. She left camp, quiet and quickly as she headed to the border, which was the Fallen Tree. | Duskfall snuck away from the hunting patrol, leaving his sister to stay at Sunningrocks while he bolted off to the other end of the territory. He felt the tiniest bit guilty, but what could happen to her on a hunting patrol.
He was careful to not arouse suspicion as he reached the Skyclan border of the fallen tree. When he got there, he didn't dare call out, but climbed on top of a boulder which served as a landmark so Softsong could see him.

| "Softsong!" Duskfall meowed with delight, he couldn't deny that a part of him worried that she wouldn't have come. That she'd changed her mind overnight and decided to not see him to resist the temptation of leaving Skyclan. Overjoyed that she was here, he leaped down from the boulder swiftly.
He did was to be patient, but that never was his strong suit. He approached her immediately, licking her muzzle affectionately efore stepping back to ask her for her answer. "So have you decided?" |
