A Perfect Day for an Apprentice...

Eaglepaw dashed out of his den and looked around. Another good day in ThunderClan! I wonder if anyone else wants to play with me. He slowly walked to the middle of the clearing to find something to do.

Dapplepaw darted out of the apprentice den. She saw Eaglepaw walking around the clearing. The black cat snuck up behind him, and pounced on his tail. "Hey, Eaglepaw! Wanna play?" she asked.

Eaglepaw jumped up when a felt someone. He turned his head and saw Dapplepaw. "Hey! And... sure!"

Dapplepaw smiled. "Wanna play-fight?" she asked.

"Sure, I will love that. I'm up for it!" Eaglepaw smirked and flicked his tail.

Dapplepaw saw the smirk and pretended to be angry. "So you think you'll win, huh?" she asked, with a fake scowl on her face.

"Maybe, maybe not." Eaglepaw replied simply and smirked again. He laughed at Dapplepaw's face to himself.

The black cat crouched and lashed her tail. Get ready to kick some tail, Dapplepaw! Dapplepaw smirked back. She crawled forward, and suddenly stopped. Dapplepaw waited a bit, then slashed Eaglepaw's face. She remembered to keep her claws safely tucked inside her paws.

Eaglepaw felt the hit on his face. He quickly bended down and rolled over. He then got up and attempted to leap on Dapplepaw's back and softly bit her neck.

Dapplepaw giggled when Eaglepaw's teeth met her neck. "Heehee! That tickles!" she meowed. She couldn't help it: it really tickled. Dapplepaw looked into his eyes for a second, then threw all of her weight up in the air to push her companion to the ground. "Pinned'ja!" she meowed with a smirk on her face.

Eaglepaw smirked at Dapplepaw before he rolled over. "Not anymore!"

Duckpaw yawned walking out of the apprentice den then he sprang up in surprise. "Oh why hello Eaglepaw, and Dapplepaw." He meowed briskly as he was a new apprentice and was new to this time of thing.

Eaglepaw looked over at Duckpaw. "What's up." He said and dipped his head at the apprentice.

Duckpaw felt welcome "Nothing much I just woke up." He said with a yawn as he looked over at the other apprentice.

Eaglepaw nodded his head and looked at Duckpaw. "So, what's your name?"
