She shouldn't be here.

They could both get in trouble if they were found out.

But how much damage could it really do? They weren't being disloyal to their Clans. They were just.....having a little fun! What was so wrong about that? Cats knew they hung out at gatherings, and she had done her fair share of warrior duties. She would enjoy a little downtime.

So here she was, at the place where she had first met Quietstep. How long ago that seemed. They had both been apprentices then, bonding over their shared troubles with family. Now she sat, waiting once again for the she-cat to arrive, if she would come. The she-cat she was proud to be able to call her friend.

She padded towards their meeting place, her slow paw steps unsure. Should she really be here right now? Sure they weren't doing anything against the code, but to other cats it might seem that way. She shouldn't be doing this.

Oh but then again, Herbo Delilah really wanted to see Rosethorn, her dear friend. She wanted to talk to her, about stupid little things happening in their respective clans. She wanted to see Rosethorn's face, and just relax and be friends with her.

The tortieshell she-cat in question came into view, as Herbo Delilah softly smiled. There was no going back now. She found herself running towards the Rosethorn, before tripping and falling right in front of her. She immeaditly scrambled onto her paws, before apologizing. "S-sorry about t-that. I j-just r-really wanted to s-see you."

Rosethorn could not help but chuckle as she helped nudge her friend to her paws. "Don't worry about it, Quietstep! Are you alright, though? That was quite the fall!" Despite the care her words held, the calico was still laughing. That did look pretty funny, after all. Sitting down and leaning her head on her friend's shoulder, she let out a slight purr. She always enjoyed how easy it was to be around Quietstep.

"So how is SkyClan doing, anyway? I hope it isn't getting too crazy over there. Just saying, ShadowClan is always open if you need a break. Flintstar is pretty chill, I am sure it would be fine." She butted her head against Quietstep's shoulder, once again laughing. From the sound of gatherings, it seemed like something was always happening over there, and despite her playful attitude, she did find herself worried at times. This was her friend, after all. What if things got bad?

She found herself stifling a giggle, as Rosethorn laughed. Her laugh was quite nice. She felt like her worries drifted away at the sound of it."Y-yea, I'm okay." She said.

She softly lowered her head at Rosethorn's question. "T-things do get p-pretty c-crazy in S-Skyclan. T-there's some d-drama over some l-lineage over there." She said with a chuckle, sitting down and wrapping her tail around her paws. "F-Flintstar does seem t-that way at gatherings." She added, as though about the possiblity of going over to Shadowclan. She would Rosethorn everyday, and they'd get to talk everyday. Plus it seemed like the most drama Shadowclan has were about prey most likely. "Maybe I-I will visit s-sometime."

Rosethorn snorted at the thought of drama over lineage. "If they get that mad over who some cat's parents are, they definitely wouldn't like me." Oops. She wasn't supposed to say that. She quickly shut her mouth as soon as she realized what had come out of it, but what if Quietstep asked questions on it? She had to change the subject, and quick!

"If you ever decide to visit, ShadowClan will welcome you with open paws. And I will claw their ears off if they don't! And if all else fails, we could always leave the Clans all together! Run off into the sunset and start a new life together! Oh it is so romantic!" Laughing, she stood up, making a dramatic play of falling to the ground, her paw over her face. "I'm falling for you already!" She laughed, standing and shaking leaves from her fur. She certainly could be a silly one.

Giggles escaping her, Quiet just barley noticed Rosethorn's comment. She didn't think much of it though. She was having to much fun hanging out with her.

Her giggles then turned to laughter, as Rosethorn fell to the ground dramatically. "A-All the other couples a-are quivering!" She jokingly said.
