Flameclaw's green eyes watch the mock attack unfold before her. Once it was over the ginger cat nodded. "That was good, but sometimes simple is better. You don't need to give your enemy time to react. Moving on. The next thing I should teach you is the Front Paw Strike. It's basically the same, but it's stronger. Also it uses claws but since this is training those aren't needed. Use more force in you attack this time. I'm sure Coalheart can handle it." The warrior spoke. If she needed she might get in there and have a mock fight with her apprentice.

Maplepaw nodded. "Ok." She turned to Coalheart. Here it goes, she thought. She waited for a moment before swiping at her repeatedly, missing a lot if times, but hitting her a decent amount. She soon stopped and hoped that she did ok. She had seen some warriors do this move before, but she had never done it.

Coalheart picked herself up off of the ground and shook her pelt. "That was good, Maplepaw." she meowed.

"Next move is the Belly Rake. You slip under your enemy, and use your claws to attack their underbelly." Flameclaw explained to her apprentice. The orange tabby hoped her apprentice had an idea as to what to do.
