A secret meeting

The great rock stood in the center of fourtrees, and on top of it sat the RiverClan tom Minnowflash. His silver fur was groomed, his eyes bright and blue and his heart was filled with excitement. I hope she remembered... The warrior thought to himself as he waited under the moon.

Coalheart padded into the clearing, fur slick and shining in the moonlight. Perched on her ear was a blooming flower. As soon as she looked up from under her eyelashes, her eyes widened completely. There, sitting on the Great Rock, was the most handsome tom she had ever seen in her whole life. Minnowflash. Her heart thudded, threatening to break out of her chest if she didn't calm down. Coalheart leaped on the rock and sat next to the RiverClan cat with their pelt touching. The ThunderClan warrior couldn't help herself. She leaned forward and took in the scent of his fur.

As Coalheart jumped up and sat beside him, Minnowflash felt calm and relaxed. He leant forwards and nuzzled her neck while saying "I'm so glad you came." The silver tom had never felt this way about anyone, not even his parents. They had abused him about his size and refused to look after him. He had been forced to retreat to RiverClan, his true home.

Coalheart watched the flower drift off of the Great Rock. Then she looked at Minnowflash. "Did I tell you that you're very handsome tonight?" she purred.

A smile appeared on the face of Minnowflash. "Get used to it, I look like this all the time." He said with a mrrow of laughter and gently tackled Coalheart. He pinned her down and touched his nose to hers.

"I'm glad, too! Wait, how did we meet?" she purred. "Was it.. yes, at the Great Rock?" Coalheart layed down next to Minnowflash. This was turning out to be the best night of her life. Looking into the blackness of the night, she sighed happily and her eyes slid half shut.
