Badgerkit took a deep breath. "M...my dad was a rouge and my mom was a Shadowclan cat. My dad and I hated each other...I'm not sure why. My mom noticed this, so she took me into Shadowclan. I don't know what happened to my dad...or my other siblings. I think that they are dead." He was about to cry, but he held back his tears.

He didn't move for a long time, and the bugs took to him, so I...left. And then Bearmask found me." She rubbed her head against his shoulder. "So I know how you feel. But you should stay happy! Because you have your mom and your Clan and me!"
