Minnowflash, filled with rage, yowled. He twisted his slim and lithe body so he was able to rake the belly of Falconflight.

She could barely feel the final blow. Looking towards Swiftnose (where ever you are), the dying cat murmured, "Funny. You were the first cat I ever met, and now you'll be the last cat I see. Strange how the world works like that." Those would be her last words, for the once strong and prideful she-cat was now dead. Rainspot knew this was how she would die, even if it was subconscious. From her now empty form, blood gently trickled out of her mouth, and on to the already blood-soaked earth. Deep brown eyes were half-lidded, their depths now empty and cold.

Rainspot has died. Of course she can no longer battle.

Deernose could feel the strike hit him, with no pain. After a moment, it flooded his brain, but he didn't fall. "It's not nice to tease.", he growled, holding his ground. Leaping forward, he took the she-cat's scruff and shook until he felt it was enough.

Deernose used Scruff Shake on Morningbreeze, dealing 15 damage and using 25 stamina. Morningbreeze is now stunned for one turn.

Relieved that no one had noticed him yet, and not intending for that to happen now, Maplepaw raced up the nearest tree. His claws dug into the bark as he bounced from branch to branch, eventually reaching the top. He sat and panted, watching the fighting far below him. ‘Why are we fighting? For a lost clan’s honor? Against a clan that had done no wrong to us, as Skyclan?’ Honey eyes stared down sadly, the screeching of cats was dimmer here, and sounded eerie. It made him want to run. Far, farther away than he knew he could travel in his state.

Two hits, one after the other. Eaglethorn snarled as he faced one of them. "Cowards! Can't take me on on your own?" Hissing, he reared up on his back paws and slashed out with both paws, landing unsheathed blows upon his opponent. The other cat had run scared, clearly the right - if cowardly - decision.

Cloverleaf leaped ontop of eaglethorn hissing and spatting "This is thunderclan's battle not windclans!" She snarled in his ear sinking her sharp claws into his pelt and sinking her fangs into his scruff. "Windclan has no buisniss in this matter!" She saw Rockfall run off looking for another oppenet but that doesnt make him a coward, she will finish this fight for him.

Streampaw yelped in surprise as another apprentice suddenly attacked her partner. "Hey! Leave Shrewpaw alone!" She hissed, leaping backwards and ramming into Asterpaw's side. She glanced at her clanmate with worried eyes, not even bothering to look at the enemy apprentice anymore. "You okay?" She whispered.

Morningbreeze was viciously shaken by Deernose. The world got dizzy and she was unsure of what was happening around her.

Breezetail had chosen to return to the trees, waiting alongside his apprentice, looking for the perfect opportunity to strike - but all seemed to be going well for SkyClan, so well he was surprised that ThunderClan hadn't ordered a retreat already. It was stupid and stubborn, but admirable, he supposed. Things started making a bit more sense, though, when WindClan rushed into the clearing. He almost laughed, remember how cruel the WindClan leader had been as well at the gathering, it only made sense that ThunderClan would turn tail and run to them crying for help. He was about to jump back into the fray when he saw Morningbreeze being shaken up by a scrawny warrior. Not willing to let a clanmate go down like that, he narrowed his eyes - aiming carefully and pouncing on top of the enemy with unsheathed claws and a fierce yowl.

Breezetail used 'sky drop' on Deernose, dealing 27 damage and using 35 stamina.

OOC: Oh man I have a sht ton of reading to do ;-; I apologize for my absence, I've let this turn into a complete mess.

The collision of two attacks against her made Dewstar shriek with surprise. The teeth that sunk into her shoulder were like stabs of fire, and she fought with all of her strength the pull away from the two leaders. Her gaze flashed between the two. "Silentstar! So you have returned... You are a coward. You say we are not like the ThunderClan you knew when you are the one launching dishonorable surprise attacks, attacking without cause and abandoning the code! May StarClan bring destruction upon you." Her blue eyes flashed to Reedstar. "And you... our battle is not with words." Suddenly, the scent of the moorland filled her open mouth and a flash of brown fur told her that Falconstar had arrived. There is hope. There is always hope. She lunged and grabbed onto the RiverClan leader's scruff, giving him a mighty shake and throwing him a small distance. For a moment, she could feel the warm Sunningrocks below her paws and hear the rushing of the river. What a familiar sensation... I remember doing this before.

Dewstar used Scruff Shake on Reedstar, dealing 18 damage and costing 25 stamina. Reedstar is stunned for 2 turns.

The old tom Swiftnose was inside the nursery, calming the kits and gently licking them to comfort them and distract them from the yowls of war. Owlkit had shot past him in an effort to help in the fight, but Swiftnose sped from the den and pulled him away. "It's too dangerous for kits to fight-- you'll get hurt." Just as he hurried the kits out of the secret back entrance, he caught sight of the last of Rainspot's attackers. "You lot stay here, you understand?" He hurried back just as the enemy let go of her body and she fell to the ground. Her words struck his heart like claws. Swiftnose stumbled to her body, ignoring the SkyClan cats, and stuck his nose in her fur. "You died like a warrior, Rainspot. An honorable death. But for what cause?" It took a lot to draw out rage from the elder, but this was enough to set him on fire. "What cause other than imposters parading around as StarClan's lost Clan?!" This last part he yowled in anguish. Here was a good friend who had died in an unnecessary battle that could have been prevented if the leaders could have just sucked up their pride and talked it out, but no: they would rather take lives! He was no fighter, but now he would protect his Clan from further death! The tom who had killed Rainspot turned his attention to a black and white she-cat and Swiftnose took the opportunity to lunge at him and tackle him straight-on, a battle cry in his mouth.

Swiftnose used Run-and-Tackle on Shademoon, dealing 15(+5) damage and costing 10 stamina.

Sunface was bombarded with attacks. Two warriors had drawn her attention away from Addertail, who was bleeding heavily and about to faint. She herself had taken heavy damages and sustained some deep wounds, so much that it made her panic. Suddenly, her tail felt like it was being ripped off and she yowled in pain.

Sunface is stunned for 0 more turns.

Shrewpaw couldn't react in time to defend himself from the apprentice that attacked him. Then, Streampaw sent them running away, and Shrewpaw released the breath he didn't know he was holding. Actually, it kinda hurt to breathe. "Th-thanks, Streampaw. I-I got the w-wind knocked out of m-me..." I'm not a good fighter, not at all... This is terrifying. I hate this! Watching all of this seems so wrong... He stared hopelessly at the mass of cats fighting. Four Clans were now clashing, and it was getting ugly.

Darkfrost's green eyes flashed with anger at the news of the attack and he followed closely behind his leader as they charged through ThunderClan territory. His war cry echoed throughout the camp as he crashed through the bramble wall, ignoring the sharp thorns that buried themselves in his skin, and ran straight for a tall gray tabby on top of his Clanmate. The young warrior was not exactly experienced, but he knew how to handle himself. He bowled over the larger tabby, snarling and spitting the whole way.

Darkfrost used Run-and-Tackle on Breezetail, dealing 17(+5) damage and using 10 stamina.

Rockfall looked around for a battle opponent he let out a battle cry, Charging he rammed into anyone who was nearby, He was willing to fight anyone for skyclan. They we're here to prove a point but windclan came in to save Thunderclan. "Weaklings.." He thought to himself, He wasnt really sure why they needed Riverclan anyways. They could of won this on their own they probaly have the most warriors.

Frostpaw Decided not to fight any more but to simply help others, looking around she saw a kit scrambling through the battle. "Oh no.." She thought Racing after the kit picking it up in her jaws, She didnt know what to do with her she should of waited till a thunderclan warrior picked her up, She just decided to put her back in the nursery and tell her to hide she looked around spotting the nursery quickly running to it and placing her there, She was shocked when she saw a very still cat at the nursery floor. Blinking she rushed up to the cat checking if she was alive, "Poor thing.." She thought outloud, turning back to the kit. "Alright stay here and hide ok? and dont go out there again." She mewed turning and rushing back out.

The small Light brown she-kit let out a mew of surprise with a tint of fear somewhere in their as she was picked up and hurried into the nursery, she looked at the apprentice straight into the eyes before she left with a hurry, blinking Williowkit looked around wondering what she should do. She froze at the sight of seeing Rainspot laying there unmoving, she slowly padded up to her and mewed, "Rainspot...?" She tilted her head prodding her with her paw she blinked at the elder when she didnt move or do anything "Rainspot?" She mewed again tilting her head slightly as she waited for a reply.

OOC: Silverstorm's still open to fight if there's anybody free. Otherwise I'm just going to allow myself the first strike and double-team someone.

IC: Dustfang purred, ignoring the stinging pain in his underbelly. "Not today," he mewed, lifting up one paw and bringing it hard down on Flameclaw's head, smashing it against a rock.

Reedstar hissed, the world shaking and spinning violently around him even after he wrestled free of Dewstar's grasp and tumbled to the ground. His paws felt unsteady, and Dewstar's bleary silver silhouette faded and wobbled and split in front of him. He was only happy to oblige her, even though there were a million things he could have said right then. I knew she was a vicious idiot. I didn't realize she was this much of a vicious idiot, though. She'd threatened them with complete and utter destruction, for every cat at the Gathering to hear, and dared to say that this attack was uncalled for? Did she expect warriors to bend and surrender at angry words like kits? Did she expect SkyClan and RiverClan to sit on their paws, waiting for ThunderClan and WindClan warriors to come streaming into their camps? Was that how an "honorable" warrior acted in her eyes? He'd have liked to rip her throat out just then, if he could only stand straight. WindClan's peaty scent filled his nose, and nearby he saw an all-too-familiar brown coat. Of course. Reedstar opened his mouth to spit some stinging insult when another voice caught his attention.

"The stars are falling even now, Dewstar." Elea sat calmly in a tangle of roots nearby, running a wet paw over her ears. "Death's already visited your Clan this morning. I warned you about this. Only more cats will die if you continue to fight."

The RiverClan leader grit his teeth and pushed himself onto his paws. A ThunderClan cat, dead? "What are you doing here?" Her fur was soft and glossy as a kittypet, and he couldn't see any scars or muscles underneath that pelt. She was half the size of most of the warriors there. Easy prey for any warrior looking for blood. "This isn't the place for you. Go back until we return."

Elea seemed amused by that. "Are you worried about my safety, Reedstar? I'd been under the impression you despised me."

"That doesn't mean I want to see you torn to shreds," he spat, not taking his unfocused eyes off of the ThunderClan leader's hulking form. Dewclaw, right? Would he be able to take her by himself? They'd been enemies for as long as he remembered, but they'd only really, truly fought once or twice. And at Sunningrocks, he'd had Silvershade by his side, and the river. There was no water here, and no Silvershade. "This isn't the time for this. Get out."

"There is no need for concern," she replied in an almost patronizing tone, flicking her whiskers and running her tongue over her shoulder to flatten a tuft of snowy white fur. "I have business with Dewstar when you two are done. But I believe it's her you have to worry about at the moment, Reedstar. Death comes for all of us. Sometimes more than once."

Reedstar is stunned for one more turn.

Ic: Streampaw shook her head. "Come on, I'll help you get away from the worst of the fighting. You look like you got hit by a big rock!" She meowed with a sympathetic smile. She circled to Shrepaw's side and gently began to nudge him with her muzzle, willing him to stand up. All this terrible fighting seemed pointless in her opinion, but she supposed Silentstar had a goal in mind with something as big as this war. She wouldn't dare doubt her leader's decisions.

ooc: Aaand that ended rather quickly XD.

Asterpaw growled low in her throat, but the threatening voice died out almost immediately to a pathetic gurgle as she remembered the one rule of fighting that she had been taught- keep watch on all your sides before attacking. She wasn't sure what cat had hit her, or where they had come from. In fact, she didn't even register that she'd been hit until she was down for the count.

On a completely different side of the battle, Heronpaw yowled as a sudden weight collapsed upon him, a much larger cat slashing him above, raking his fur. He twisted desperately, much like a fish did when taken clear from the water, screeching. "Get off me!" It hurt like nothing he'd never known before, and in his desperation to twist away from the larger cat, succeeded in scoring his sides something fierce.

Finally managing to wriggle out of his grasp, Heronpaw bristled breathing hard and swaying slightly on his paws. But he wasn't finished yet. He was fighting in defense not only of his clan now, and Skyclan, but of himself.

With all the strength he had left to muster, Heronpaw ducked his head down and ran at the other cat. Perhaps if he could knock him down, it would buy him some extra time, and he could even think of getting away.

Heronpaw uses Run and tackle on Thornclaw, doing 15 damage and costing 10 Stamina.

Just after shaking the she-cat senseless, yet another fell from the trees, and squashed him. Growling in annoyance, he stood slowly, effectively throwing the other tom off him. A dark grey cat tackled that Skyclan warrior to the ground, and this dark grey cat happened to be his Clanmate, Darkfrost. Quickly thanking him, Deernose turned back towards his opponent. Without raising up an inch, black paws raked their equally dark claws rapidly across the she-cat’s back.

Deernose used Front Paws Strike on Morningbreeze, causing 22 damage and using 25 stamina.

Maplepaw, when he took a quick glance at the base of his tree, and saw just in time to see a small cat being attacked by a larger cat. Curious, he dropped down a few branches to get a better look. Once he was just above their heads, he noticed it was a Windclan tom slashing at a Riverclan apprentice. Feeling the need to defend an ally, the heavy-set brown and white cat dropped straight down, right on the much larger cat’s back.
