Light of the Morning Star [PLOT]

ooc;; meanwhile... there's still a murderous, psychopathic exiled windclan cat sitting right in the middle of your camp.

Dewstar had been gone... somewhere. She had missed the stranger, but she could still smell her scent lingering in the gorse tunnel. Her blue eyes traced the clearing when she stalked in, immediately sensing the unrest in her Clan. It was unusual for them to have gathered without summons, and more so for them to be glance around in anger and suspicion. The fur rose on Dewstar's neck when her gaze landed on Twopelt. Oh, she recognized him; such a rare pelt was hard to not take note of. "You!" She snarled, pushing through to the center of the crowd where she would have everyone's attention. "You have no place here. WindClan and ThunderClan may have a temporary alliance, but you can tell Falconstar that I will not accept trespassers! Escort him out of the territory, Foxfang. Now somebody tell me what happened here!" She hissed, looking around.

Shrinking under Dewstar's angry glare, Splashpaw decided to speak up, no matter how terrified she was of being punished for speaking to a leader despite only being an apprentice. "A strange cat named Elea said something about a prophecy after leaping onto Highrock and summoning the clan. She somehow knew our names, and we all got very angry. I decided to attack her, and got defeated without a scratch on me. She... it's hard to describe, really. Elea told us to keep Twopelt prisoner until the next full moon, and then she'd come back and explain everything. She also said something about the stars falling and darkness coming to kill us. Then she left camp and you showed up a few minutes later." Splashpaw explained, looking up at her leader in a nervous way.

Falconflight went over to help Splashpaw."If you're who who brought her here, it was a patrol.The rouge found Twoplet who she claims to have killed his father.Twopelt is exiled as well just to prove he did kill his father ."He added.

Spottedfeather listened to the quiet words of the strange she-cat, looking after her disappearing form. It was strange, why would a cat put herself in such a dangerous position just to lie, plus, she did something very strange to Splashpaw. Looking to Dewstar, she quickly intervened. "I think we should keep him. I volunteer Addertail to personally watch him with switches between other cats of your choice. Also, I would like to talk to you alone in your den about this strange cat. After we settle things with Twopelt." Quickly turning to Splashpaw, she mewed "For now, the best thing for you to do is get checked out by Nightfire, make sure everything is okay" She turned back to Dewstar, waiting for a reply.

Nightfire watched the she cat turn her head slightly to his mother, and then leave. Did she whisper something to her? Well whatever it was, if he needed to know, he would get told. He padded closer to Splashpaw, already starting to look her over.

OOC: OOHHHH I'M BACK WOOP WOOP

Dewstar's ear twitched in interest. "A rogue, hmm?" She padded closer to the bi-pelted cat and looked him over. "He looks more like a rabbit than a murderer. But I'll listen. We'll... 'keep him,' as it was put, but I hope that your son Addertail keeps a more vigilant watch than his brother." Dewstar flicked her tail towards the leader's den and left the crowd to talk more privately with Spottedfeather.

Watching Nightfire as he checked her for injuries, she sighed quietly before speaking. "I don't have any real injuries, if you mean scratches and such. It was like my blood was on fire, then my head felt like it was being crushed. I don't know how to describe it otherwise." She explained, her ears lowering in shame at not being able to help in any other way. "I don't think herbs would help anyway, and I feel fine now. Whatever she did, it was short-term."

Spottedfeather padded after Dewstar, entering her den after her. As they entered Spottedfeather quickly mentioned "I only just gotten into camp as the cat was leaving. The only she told me was a prophecy of sorts, if you would like to hear it"

Nightfire nodded, though finished looking for cuts. There was so scars of open wounds showing what was done to the apprentice.

The grey she-cat watched the scene unfold with quiet interest. Quick, orders were given, then replaced with something else. Deep brown eyes glanced at the dual-pelted Tom, before she swished her tail and went to remake her own nest. She wasn't so feeble as to need an apprentice to do it for her just yet.

The ginger tomcat was about to shoo the 'murderer' out of the territory without a second thought, before his leader had changed her mind herself. Nearly snorting in frustration, "I volunteer as well.", he added. Taking a step back, he took his half-eaten prey into his jaws and offered the rest to (I don't really know, anyone).

Dewstar rolled her eyes, disbelief plastered across her face.. "What would a rogue know of prophecies? That cat could have some delusional sickness for all we know. And this insistence of keeping a murderer in our camp who doesn't concern us is just madness. But if you think it's the best option, then I'll trust you. So what is it this rogue prophesized about?" A small voice whispered in the back of her head. A shadow of a doubt flashed across her mind and she did all that was in her power to not betray the fear that began to grow inside her. Nobody in this Clan could ever understand what this means. They weren't there- not at the battles, nor at the camps when the news of the near-destruction of ShadowClan by the Deomilites reached our ears. The forest is too divided to defend another war... But we destroyed them! They... they can't come back! Can they...?

"Water harbors darkness. Don't trust false friends. Thats what she said. Though I would rather have Nightfire or Swiftnose help us with knowing its true meaning. But do you think Water means Riverclan?" Spottedfeather whispered, her mind starting to go into thought of what it could mean. It wasn't complicated, but they had to figure out these false friends and what water means and what darkness there was.

"It could, or it couldn't." Dewstar said thoughtfully. "We're not really qualified to interpret this, assuming it's even real. But if water does mean RiverClan, then darkness could mean ShadowClan." Another moment of silence passed and then the leader said, "Could Riverclan be harboring Soulfang?" She cocked her head to the side, puzzled. "That wouldn't make sense though, because Reedstar was very determined to catch him and put him down. You're right; go fetch Nightfire, Swiftnose, anyone who might make sense of this."

Falconflight sat in the middle of the crowd of cats.

OOC: Wolf, we are in her den, and Falconflight can't come in and he doesnt hear them

IC: Spottedfeather nodded absently, though wasn't quite in agreement. But she wasn't really that capable of deciphering it. So she poked her head of the den and called Nightfire and Swiftnose.

OOC2: Sun, I did both because I don't want too much of my characters doing the stuff, and I don't think Swiftnose retired already, did he? If he didn't, then he is the mentor still XD
