An ashen grey warrior stood with her behind raised slightly, prowling after a rabbit that had wandered into their territory. It didn't occur to Cinderfrost how far away it was from the Thunderpath-- how'd it get there? She'd never tasted rabbit before-- and she was rather curious. I hope this isn't against the Code, she thought, stalking ever closer. Just a bit closer.. only a little bit more- she leaped, startling the rabbit as she kicked off of a stick. It ran before she could catch it and she gave chase, running after the rabbit, the distance between them slowly getting larger. After it finally went out of sight, she hadn't noticed that the terrain underneath her paws had changed to cold, hard black stone until a bright light blinded her eyes and she turned her head just in time to see the bright red front of a monster.

A black she-cat's ears perked up suddenly just as she finished a scent marker on the ShadowClan border. Shadetalon heard a yowl that was cut off suddenly and a loud honk, and she instinctively ran towards the Thunderpath. The sight that met her eyes was gruesome; it was a grey warrior bleeding out on the side of the Thunderpath. She thought for a moment-- it'd be sick to just leave her there, she decided, and looked both ways multiple times before running across the Thunderpath and gripping the scruff of the she-cat. "Come on, we're gonna get you home," she muttered through her fluffy grey fur. The she-cat made a croaking noise of dissent that she ignored as grunts of pain as she dragged her ever closer to the edge of the Thunderpath, but she kept on making the noise and she was getting a bit more urgent- and she looked up, only to be met with the headlights of a second monster.
"Welcome to StarClan, Shadetalon, Cinderfrost. We have been waiting for you."
