Thoughts of Home

Larchkit sat at the camp's entrance... Dying to go explore. She thought, Why can't we be home... She missed her home. But, she wanted to be an apprentice more, to explore her territory... That won't happen for awhile.

Flamestar padded out of the Warriors' den, spotting Larchkit. "Larchkit?" He called quietly. "Are you okay?"

Larchkit spun around to see her father. "Oh... Er... Well, not really." she confessed, her ears lying flat. She walked over to her father, a longing look in her eyes. "I just want to go home..." she sighed, sitting close to his leg.

Flamestar sighed and sat down. "So do I....I'm sure the rest of us want to as well. This is not our place." He murmured, wrapping his warm tail around his daughter. "But it'll be okay...One day we'll get our home back. We just need to prepare, and find out what those rogues are up to."

Larchkit looked up at her dad. "I'd fight if I could, but I'm just a kit." she sighed. "I just want to explore our territory... But it will be awhile until I am an apprentice..." she looked up at her dad, and her eyes had a little glow in them. "Can you show me a battle move?" she mewed. She had always wanted to see one. "I saw some apprentices practicing some, can you show me some of the moves they might be using?" she asked.

Flamestar shook his head, a bit regretfully. "I can't show you a battle move, your mother wouldn't like that....Well, maybe just one." He decided, getting to his paws. "But just one, and only because it's easy. Don't go hurting other kits or thinking you can fight with the warriors just because I showed you this, alright?" He meowed sternly.

Ooc: It's going to be Front Paw Blow, which is a Kit-move, so you can know how to use it...Of course that doesn't mean you CAN use it unless in an emergency by force. Still, even in an emergency Coldheart would protect Larch and Larch would probably be hiding o3o

ooc: Yeah. xD Cold wouldn't let anyone touch Larch. x.x

ic: Larchkit nodded. " I promise." she mewed. She stepped back, and watched with her eyes shining.

Flamestar reared up, swatting a paw st the air quickly before recoiling back a step. "Front Paw Blow. Go on and try it." He purred.

Larchkit nodded. She reared up, and swiped the air quickly and furiously, but she messed up and fell backwards. "Like that?" She asked.
