First morning in camp

Leafkit awoke in the nursery of Thunderclan camp. Blinking sleep from her eyes she looked around, "Um...." She squeked softely forgeting for a moment where she was, "um.......its dark in here," she said quietly

Darkshadow padded down softly, noticing the new kit. "Hello." She meowed happily.

Looks up at Darkshadow, "Um....hi, who um are you?" she asked quietly, gazing slowly around the nursery before looking back at Darkshadow awaiting patiently for her answer

She sat down and licked her flank. "I'm Darkshadow." She meowed softly. "What is you're name?"

"Um...Im Leafkit," she said still quite softly, "So...um this is....Thunder...clan? Why am I um in this dark bush?" she asked not liking how the brambles kept the light out

Aurapaw steadily padded into the nursery and glanced over at the young ThunderClan warrior, his eyes glistening with eagerness. "Hello, Darkshadow! Where's our newest addition to the clan?" he inquired before his gaze descended down upon the kit.

Darkshadow noticed Leafkit's trembling legs. "Sit up strait now, warriors cant be strong if they cant stand without shaking." She meowed, giving Leafkits tail a small bump. "She is right here, Aurapaw. Leafkit, this is Aurapaw. Aurapaw, this is leafkit."

"Uh um.....Hi?" Leafkit mewed even quieter than before, "Um...." she squeked nervously

"And learn to talk without saying 'um' every other word." Darkshadow snapped.

Aurapaw let out a mrreow of amusement as a purr emanated from within his throat. "Hello, Leafkit, and welcome to ThunderClan."

Gets scared and shrinks away from Darkshadow, "U-um....?" Leafkit mewed backing away twards a wall of the nursery

Darkshadow purred, hoping this young kit would be trained by her soon.

"Heh, give her a break, Darkshadow," Aurapaw chuckled. "She doesn't know any better! After all, I was nervous when I was first introduced to everyone as a kit."

Is still in the corner, "um..." looks at you with a still frightened expreccion

She flicked his ear affectionally with her tail. "You are allways nervous, Aurapaw." She teased before licking the tip of his nose and padded back to Leafekit. "Don't mind my bickering. I just want you to be a strong warrior, eh?"
