One morning...

Hawkpaw woke up full of energy. She yawned and sat up to see Mistyriver, her mentor, still sleeping in her nest. She stretched and started padding outside.

"hello hawkpaw" her mentor Mistyriver mewed as she stood up and stretched

Hawkpaw stopped. She turned around to see Mistyriver. "Morning Mistyriver!" She meowed. "Anything special planned today? Im looking for something to do."

"we could do some more training," she mewed, "or we could go herb colecting"

Hawkpaw suddenly perked her ears up. "I'd love to go herb collecting!" She mowed, slight excitement in her voice, but still kept calm.

"sounds good. we aren't in a huge need of herbs at the moment, but i could at least show you most of them so you know, incase of a time you need them." she began to pad ou of camp and motioned her to follow, "although i suppose we could use some marigold; do you know what that lookes like?"

"Actually I dont..." Hawkpaw mewed. "I'm sorry Mistyriver..."

"no reason to be sorry" Mistyriver replied in her usual cheerful voice, "i always find trouble decribing things; and excuse me for it. but their flowers are big and ruffled, or folded in a way, and often orange or yellow. here, i'll show you when we find some, and, being such a nice newleaf, im sure we will. but for now, " the two cats where now leaving camp, "we had better be off"

Hawkpaw walked out of the medicine cat den and stopped in front of the entrance. "Where should we go, Mistyriver?" She mewed.

OCC: if we head out of camp, should we move this to RiverClan Terri?

"ther are some good herbs near the river" she mewed

ooc: meh, dun rly madder

OCC: then we shall go to river to contunue


"Ok, Mistyriver!" Hawkpaw mewed, giving her mentor a friendly nudge. "We shall go to the river!"
