Mistykit's mc apprentice ceremony

"Where oh where has Mistykit gone? Where oh where can she be?" Mistpelt sung jokingly as she looked around the camp.

Mistykit padded over to Mistpelt,"here I am,"













~Mistykit~

"Ah, good! Good!" Mistpelt meowed, nudging her towards the clearings center with her nose, "time for your ceremony!" She padded to the center and began, "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather in the clearing for a Clan meeting."

Mistykit's whiskers twitched with anticipation as she waited for the next words. I'll get to be MedicineCat!She thought silently to herself.

"Cats of RiverClan, as you know we've been in need of a medicine cat for some time now. So, I have chosen a cat to take on that responsibility. Your next medicine cat will be Mistypaw." She meowed, then looked at Mistypaw, "Mistypaw, do you accept the post of apprentice medicine cat?"

"I do" she mewed proudly.

"Then at the half-moon, you must travel to the Moonstone to be accepted by StarClan before the other medicine cat." She meowed, finishing up now, "The good wishes of all of RiverClan will go with you."

OOC: Just continue from this topic. I'll play the mc's role for the second half as well.

"Thank you!"she dipped her head, hardly able to control her excitement.










Mistypaw

Later that night, the half-moon shown brightly. "It's time to go, Mistypaw." She meowed to her, preparing to leave.

"ok Mistpelt"she mewed, "I'm ready"

















OCC:sry i didn't respond for a wile... i kinda forgot about the topic. lol

........As they got to the very end of the tunnel, the light of the Moonstone shown brightly. The two cats sat down next to it, and Mistpelt recited the words, "Mistypaw, is it your wish to enter the mysteries of StarClan as a medicine cat?"

OOC: It's alright.

"yes Mispelt"she mewed



OOC: do i have to describe my dream? lol, i dont know what i should do for it...

OOC: Since Mistpelt's technically our mentor, we can at least share it with her...

"Then come forward." Mistpelt asked. She did so and continued, "Warriors of StarClan, I present you with this apprentice. She has chosen the path of a medicine cat. Grant her your wisdom and insight so that she may understand your ways and heal her Clan in accordance with your will." She whispeared to Mistypaw, "Touch your nose to the Moonstone."

OOC: there's no need to post the dream.

Mistypaw laid down and touched noses with the moonstone."thanks Mistpelt"she murmured, and soon drifted into sleep. at sunrise Mistypaw awoke and walked up to Mistpelt "im ready to go"
