First time out of Nursery

Sliverkit poked her head out of the thorn bush that made up the nursery. She sniffed the air, and sneezed, shocked at how cold the air was. Taking a pawstep out, she spotted the fresh-kill pile, and rushed toward it, grabbing a small frog, and sat down to eat it.

ooc: If your cat was just out of the nursery, Wouldn't she still be drinking her mother's milk?

Ic; Nightwing Was at the fresh kill pile after a long border patrol. She noticed the kit take a frog from the pile, the she-cat frowned and approached the kit. Nightwing sat next to the tiny kitten, her eyes,ice blue, almost impossible to make direct eye contact with her glanced at the frog. The warrior put a paw on the frog before the kit could take a bite. "You are too young to eat solid food." She mewed, her whiskers twitched with amusement.

Silverkit looked up at the warrior, eyes wide. "Wow, you're big!" She squeaked, completely forgeting about the frog. "Will I grow to get as big as you?"

Nightwing nodded, She was small, for a warrior although her quick moves and long fur make up for it. "You sure will!"She winked. "But in the mean time, lets keep away from solid food until you are old enough, alright?"

The silver tabby kit blinked, not sure what she meant, until she remembered. "Oh, okay." She mewed.

Fallenkit was sitting in the clearing not far from the fresh kill pile, licking her fur. Once she was done cleaning herself, she scoped the camp, looking for something to do. She saw another kit in the camp, one she certainly didn't remember. But that meant she had someone to play with! The light grey kitten bound over, and, seeing Nightwing, sprinted over as fast as her tiny legs could carry her.

"Hi!" She shouted with an excited squeal.

Nightwing smiled. "Hey Fallenkit, meet Silverkit." The warrior nudged Fallenkit to say hello to the new kit. She just loved kits, they where so cute, and fun to play with, though, they don't understand how much it means to be a warrior, and how dangerous fighting really is.

Silverkit had to look up slightly to see the larger kit's face. "Hi!" She mewed back. "Wanna play with me?"
