Border Patrol

Lionstar led the way to Sunningrocks, stopping to sniff the border. Sunningrocks belonged to Riverclan at the moment, but one day they might get it back...

Frogfoot padded along nearby, picking up herbs. He glanced up, hearing Thunderclan. They were awfully close to the border. In fact, they were basically right on it. "What are you doing here?" He hissed softly, padding over. "You're just about to step over the border."

2nd Match: Lionstar vs Frogfoot

ic: Lionstar lifted his head to face Frogfoot. "We're doing a border patrol." He mewed calmly. "We're allowed to get this close to the border. Besides, do you really think our warriors are stupid enough to cross it by accident?" He asked, a daring gleam in his eyes. However, his fur remained flat and his mew calm and steady.

Mosspelt had been hunting through the territory and was on his way back to camp with a couple of squirrels in his jaws. He smelled the air and smelt Lionstar, he followed the smell and padded over to him "Greetings Lionstar" then he noticed he was watching Frogfoot "Just cause RiverClan scared of ThunderClan doesn't mean we have to be afraid of RiverClan" he hissed. He was one of those cats that hated the other Clans.

Ooc: This is the border patrol we left for from the camp topic, so I thought you were already with us? :P

ic: "Calm down, Mosspelt. It's only a cautious medicine cat worrying that we'll cross his clan's border. But you have nothing to worry about, we wouldn't start a war over a border patrol." Lionstar countered calmly, with a small glare at Frogfoot.

Frogfoot rolled his eyes. "Riverclan isn't scared of anything. The only thing I'm worried about is you two getting your shiny, fluffy kittypet-fur clawed out and having to hear you cry all day." He huffed. Suddenly his eyes glanced back towards a rock that marked part of the border, where some borage was growing just ever so barely on Skyclan's side. He walked over to it. His eyes darted over, glaring at Lionstar and Mosspelt. Frogfoot held a sly smile on his face, slowing nearing the borage, but not quite passing the border.

Mosspelt stayed silent but snarled in warning, he followed Frogfoot on his side after nodding to Lionstar. "You know we could tell Flamestar if you cross the border" he growled seeing where his eyes were looking.

Berrysplash just appeared out of thin air was fishing on the other side of the river, when she heard the argument. An amused glint in her eyes, she swam across and stood next to the medicine cat. "In case you drypaws have forgotten, Frogfoot is a medicine cat." She hissed, tail lashing side to side. "Clan rivalry doesn't matter to him, and I'm sure Flamestar would be quite interested to hear that you dared to argue with a medicine cat."

ic: Frogleap narrowed his eyes. "Correct." He huffed, snatching the borage up in the blink of an eye. He padded right up to Mosspelt, though still on his side of the border, and glared straight into his eyes while holding the borage. "Whatcha gonna do about it?" He whispered.

"Medicine cat or not, he's stealing from our territory." Lionstar hissed, suddenly fierce-looking, which was a sudden change from his calm attitude. Now it was obvious that Lionstar was totally fine with all of this until Frogfoot stole the herb. "Mosspelt..." He muttered, looking strongly at the warrior before giving a slight nod, which was enough to say that he was free to attack the medicine cat if he wanted. Stealing was not tolerated!

Mosspelt saw out of the corner of his eye Lionstar nod and grinned "Oh I'll do something" he leapt at the cat and his claws dug into his shoulders as his fangs lunged for the side of Frogfoot neck, not to kill him just to teach him a lesson

Frogfoot gasped in alarm, swishing back and forth, trying to get the cat off. "Y-You get off me!" He hissed. "Froststar will hear about this!" He snarled.

"Stop this at once!" A snarl came from near the group, and Redfern appeared, mouth stocked with catnip, as she had been gathering it with the border patrol. "You will NOT attack another medicine cat!"

IC: Remember, MC's have more power than leaders ;D

Mosspelt pushed himself off the cat and rolled his eyes then then turned to Redfern "I was obeying orders" he meowed standing tall making him almost tower over her (He's BIG)

Lionstar stepped forward. "He basically asked for it. He stole herbs and watched us the entire time, as if he didn't care. Thief." He huffed, glaring at Frogfoot.
