Fox groggily paced across the moor, hungry and cold. She didn't know what happened, it all seemed so sudden. There had been a flash of red, then her mother was gone. "Ugh" she moaned. She had only just opened her eyes

Butterflystar was out hunting being more careful scince grey feathers appearance when she caught the scent of another cat. Moving closer but undetected she quickly noticed this cat as a non threat

Shiningpaw followed not far behind. "A kit!" She cryied. Shiningpaw ran over to it and started rasping her tounge over it. "it is ok." she murmered softly

Fox ducked her head, pulling away from the she-cat

"where is your mother?" she asked

A tear ran down Fox's cheek, "I... I don't know!" she wailed

" you can live with us!" Shiningpaw mewed cheerfuly trying to cheer up the kit.

"No!" she snapped. "I want mommy!"

"don't suffocate it shinningpaw" butterflystar hissed quietly and with a softer voice told the kit "why don't you come with us until we can find your mother"

"No!" Fox ducked her head. "I'm waiting here for mommy!"

"if your going to be stubborn like that.." she ent off and grabbed her scruff

Fox tried to struggle to get free, but it was no use. "Let me gooooo!" she wailed

butterflystar ignored her and continued on to the camp.

Icepaw heard wails coming from the outside of camp, and quickly ran into the nursery. He began putting a nest together, knowing that if there was a new kit out there, it'd need a nice warm nest.

"My scruff huuurrrtttssss" Fox whined, hoping the she-cat would put her down and she could make a run for it, So I could find mommy and daddy
