Greykit's apprentice ceremony

Shadowstar jumped up onto the large rock that overlooked the camp. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather underneath Jaggedeock for a clan meeting!" She yowled.

Greykit yawned and trotted out her fur and whiskers messy she then straightened them with a lick to the back of her paw and gliding it over her whiskers and slowly continued to her fur

Nightpaw padded out of the apprentice den and walked over to Greykit "Need help?"

"Ya I got a spot on my back and I can't get to it" she meows looking up

Nightpaw licked the spot on her back until the fur was straightened then meowed "There you go. Want to sit by me?"

"Sure" she meows and trots to nightpaws spot where she usually sits

Nightpaw sat by her and whispered in her ear "This is your apprentice ceremony i think" then looked back at Shadowstar

"I know it is I've been scratching all these days out counting for 6 moons it covered the whole floors of the nursery with lines!" she laughed

"HaHa! I'm sure you have." he meowed smiling

she smiles and pointed with her tail and there were alot of lines! "Im not lying!" she mews

"I did that to" he said pointing to faded lines by the nursery

"Wow!" she exclaimed and waited for the leader to talk

Shadowstar looked down at Greykit. "We have gathered today to make Greykit an apprentice." She kept her eyes locked on the kit. "From now until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Greypaw and your mentor will be Darkfang."

she meows with glad "Yes shadowstar"s she meows and touch noses with her mentor
