Gathering of the Five [[Read the Description]]

"Good, good," her father muttered. "Shade?"

"Good so far. They're beginning to trust me." he reported.

"Nice to see it's working for you," Furion responded. He turned to Vixen. "And Thunderclan?"

His eldest daughter looked at her paws in the same manner she had earlier, then looked him in the eyes.
"Well, they don't all completely trust me, but they're getting there." She said it slowly, as though choosing her words carefully.

"They will," Furion agreed. "Finally, Storm. How is Windclan?"

Storm had been gazing at his little sister, then threw his attention back on his father. "I believe I have their trust... The leader herself is teaching me the ins and outs. I hardly have to do a thing on my own." He smiled, as if it were a joke.

"I'm glad to see that's it's been going well," their father spoke to all five. "Soon, we will move on to the bigger plan."

Storm simply blinked. He knew not to ask too many questions of his father.

Aspen looked down at his paws. He was nervous about the upcoming plans.

When silence met his statement, Furion merely blinked.
"You have learned well," he told them icily. It wasn't clear whether he was complimenting or chastizing his children. "Our next step is a rather large one, but with our strength, power, and determination, this Starclan--" he spat the name out like it had a bad taste-- "does not stand a chance."

"StarClan...?" Storm felt he had to speak up. ".... The place where all the -- Err 'Good' clan cats go?"

"Yes," Furion replied simply. "We and the Dark Forest-- the opposite of Starclan-- will force Starclan into submission, taking control of them. This should cause Starclan to be 'shielded' from the medicine cats, leaders, and other cats."

"I'm good at forcing cats into submission." Shade said quietly.

Storm smirked at his brother. "When?"
